I was never a fan of Scotch until one day I was treated to Johnny Walker BLUE label. It's the smoothest blended Scotch I have ever tasted. Its expensive but since I don't drink daily, I will treat myself to one bottle (maybe two) a year. I don't know of anything that comes close to it. If anyone knows of one, please advise!

I am currently enjoying a Partagas 1845 red label and a second serving of Jameson.
Sorry, I’m still prefer Irish to Scotch.

2009 is the year of my affair with 12 yr old Glenmorangie.
It is my scotch whisky of choice.

Glenmorangie was my late husband's favorite drink. He has been gone for 24 years but I always keep a bottle in the house.
Although guests who enjoy a scotch seem to prefer a more peaty flavor - Laphroaig or Laguvulin.
Cheers!

The only act nearly as enjoyable as a having a nice Isla Scotch is unprintable here in a public forum.

Even with the most expensive brands I find when drinking Scotch in the USA, it tastes like something dirty socks have been washed in.
But when in the UK, it tastes great!
I even took wifey to the UK to show her my preference there.
I have no explanation.

I personally like Famous Grouse! Very smooth and reasonably priced. If price wasn’t an issue, I’d drink Johnny Blue all day long!

Sorry, can't do it. I made 4 patrols out of Holy Loch Scotland, beat the locals repeatedly at dominoes, and they tried for 3 years to get me to like scotch. Give me a Canadian Rye blend (Crown XR please). No disrespect to my Highland Clan heritage intended, but I can't do it.
