Amazing day today......
JoenTX

Posted on 09/04/2009 11:29:05 AM PDT by JoenTX

For many, many reasons today seems like a breakwater for the POTUS. I cannot think of one good or positive item in the news this day involving B.O.:

Jobless rate? Up.

Van Jones? It's gone mainstream and the lid is off the czar issue.

His school speech to the "chirlen?" It's going toxic.

His vacation? Extended again and Biden is playing President while Barry seems to be paralyzed.

Health care speech to Congress on Wednesday? He and his staff are still trying to figure out his opinion and what he should say.

Health care debate in general: Polls get worse everyday, the RATS are fighting amongst themselves and now beginning to publicly blame O for its ongoing failure.

Afghanistan? The week's news has been all about how the situation is worsening with no clear direction from the Admin.

Now, a blooming flap over the WH hoisting the ChiCom flag in celebration.

Seriously, and let me know if I'm missing anything, but what does this Administration have to say that is positive regarding anything currently going on? Can they point to anything that they've done so far and hail it a success? Anything?

Just curious if anyone can come up with something.

He is celebrating Ramadan. He can’t do it in public, so he is hiding for a while to celebrate it.

He's going to have to lay low until the 19th, then. :)

The extreme lib 30 year old that works for us is having second thoughts on BO. If he’s doubting that’s good news.

At this point, I'd say that even Biden is a far, far preferable choice for Chief Executive than that lying, incompetent Marxist bastard we're suffering with at the present.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Problem is, he's not incompetent. His goal appears to be destruction of the Country, and he is achieving it tragically quick.

Agreed.

Obama is incapable of pulling an about face ala Clinton.

IMO he will either have a nervous breakdown or hunker down and getting really mean (Chicago style).

Either way, he will be the most reviled man in America...and his presidency is doomed.

Clinton could do the re branding because he was never a true believer. He never let ideology take precedence over his own political survival. Look what he did to come back from '94. Signed welfare reform, dropped any attempt to restart Hillerycare, Fired George Snuffleupagus and brought in the Toe Sucker to run the place. Most importantly he put Hillery on cookie baking duty for the next six years. Most of all Clinton was self deprecating and remained quiet while he was made the brunt of jokes. He stepped aside and let Gingrich take center stage, at least until he could turn the tables on the GOP with the government shut down.

Obama could do all of the same things, but he doesn't have the personality that would allow him to do so. He is just too proud to rope-a-dope.

I think you nailed it, great post.

Obama has already said he doesn't care if he's a one termer, which I find both interesting and ominous. The Obama team obviously has made the calculation that they have purchased enough votes-unions, recipients of transfer payments, government employees, and bribed private sector entities, to just ignore the protests and forge full speed ahead toward socialism. I'm not so sure they're wrong, we'll just have to wait and see.

Isn’t one of the issues with the TARP money the fact that the Feds will not release who got what ? Seems Bernake doesn’t think he has to tell anyone where what amounts of money were sent. So, we are left with nothing but speculation. So much for transparency. And, in this case, we are talking BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars.

His “talk” to the schoolchildren will probably be totally innocuous now after all the opposition. There is probably continuous editing going on and paragraphs being excised wholesale. Now the only benefit Hussein can get out of it is to say that see? yall are just a bunch of paranoid conspiracy theorists.

That might have been the plan all along.

That’s what they want, to get what they want they have to clearly set up the lines of demarcation.

Big O has “said” a lot of things, and none of it has been true! Anyone can “say” he is a christian, but that doesn’t make it so. You judge a tree by its fruit, and this one is obviously rotten!

“Is Obama celebrating Ramadan? I thought he said he was a Christian.”

Big O “said” a lot of things and I cannot recall even one of them being true. Just because someone “says” he is a christian, does not make it necessarily true. This tree should be judged by its fruit, and it is looking pretty rotten.

President Crapfinger.
He's the crook, with the stench of Chicago's touch.
A shysters touch.
and his rank finger.
Beckons you to enter his pile of crap.
But its a trap.

Manure filled words will pour into your ear,
But his lies can't disguise what you fear,
For we know once words pass his lips,
It's the kiss of poo from

President Crapfinger.
His health care plan has room for us all in it
This plan is $#it.

He loves only BS,
Only BS.
He loves BS.
He Speaks only BS,
He plan is Bull $#it.
