The smoker, or the sprayer?
I object to the presence of smoke... but that gives me ZERO rights to spray-bomb someone with air freshener... which is just as much polluting the environment as smoke, but that’s another argument :)

What an idiot. Imagine this..finding out if the apartment complex allows smoking before you go there or move in. If it does, go to the next one. Same as bars.

When I was teaching years ago I had a student who had consumed 3!! count’em 3 big burritos for lunch (other students gave him theirs)—needless to say after lunch that our UN-air-conditioned room on a hot day smelled pretty darn rancid—it was either solve the problem myself or kick him out of the room, and poor kid honestly was trying to hold in the gassiness but having no success. I finally took the can of lysol I kept in the room and sprayed his rear end area (with his permission and the class’s exuberant agreement!) and VIOLA! problem solved. ;-)
Of course, we never said that the Constitution gave us the RIGHT to breathe fresh air, but man, it sure was easier holding class after that, LOL! :-)

A woman was arrested Aug. 21 for attacking another woman, a smoker, with a can of air freshener because she is a mindless liberal moonbat lacking an individual fortitude of thought. That's better. ; )

This would be a wonderful opportunity for some smoker to hit this ditz with a lawsuit for causing a severe allergy attack.

and threatened she'd take the case all the way to the Supreme Court, maintaining her right to breathe fresh air
Apparently that right doesn't apply to the woman she sprayed in the face.

The smoker should have been arrested for battery! She was spewing out a multitude of poisons such as formaldehyde, arsenic and lead.

“maintaining her right to breathe fresh air,....”
Is this moonbat aware that the propellant is propane — a recognized pollutant. The propane spray has a low flash-point & is an extreme fire hazard in the presence of an ember. (They can be used as a flame thrower — as any frat boy knows.)

Madame Glade Spray should find a town with a more appropriate name to live. Niceville doesn’t suit her.

That’s intelligent; spraying something flammable on a lit cigarette. (I’m assuming she did this while the other person was smoking)

Next time this lady goes out to smoke, she should carry her own can of spray. There’s some catfish bait stuff that ought to do the trick.

Okay...? Get another one and play "flamethrower", then!
Sheesh...

If she didn’t spray it AT the woman, but merely around in front of her apartment, I would agree with her. Seems like she took her point too far.
As long as she’s not spraying AT the woman, she has the same right to put something in the air as a smoker does.
I’ve often wondered why more people didn’t do this (not spraying something AT someone) ... fill the air with something around the air in a public place. If smoker’s can do it, so can non-smokers.
