If she didn’t spray it AT the woman, but merely around in front of her apartment, I would agree with her. Seems like she took her point too far.

As long as she’s not spraying AT the woman, she has the same right to put something in the air as a smoker does.

I’ve often wondered why more people didn’t do this (not spraying something AT someone) ... fill the air with something around the air in a public place. If smoker’s can do it, so can non-smokers.

Because people are extremely allergic to the chemicals in that kind of product. I have to hold my nose when I go down the detergent, soap, candles, aisles so I will not get a sinus infection. My dr. said many people are also allergic to that. My choir has a rule that no one can wear perfume during practice because of the allergies.

The woman doing the spraying had no right to do what she did. Bless her little heart, she did not know any better.
