Had to borrow your post for a reply to Phil... See below (well, I guess it’s above this post). And I didn’t even MEAN to steal your post, either... It’s what really did come to mind! :)

OK, my 17-year-old is too smart for her own good... She answered my question (and seeing as I’m her homeschool teacher I find it funny that SHE helped ME see this...).
Daughter says, “The hippies’ children were raised without ANY order whatsoever, therefore they crave order and they seek to create that order by controlling others.” She also mentioned that most “hippies” are Communists, and really are control freaks themselves, they just PRETEND not to be.
Seriously, I think the student has now surpassed the teacher... Good thing she’s a senior this year! LOL

Doesn’t quite convey, “I sat on my bum, while I silently paddled my punt through the jungle swamp.”

It sounds like you need something to wick that unwanted moisture away. No one likes to to be...moist.

BTW, what’s wrong with making a woman `moist’? Something any red-blooded guy should aspire to, JMHO.

Good grief - why are these people even being taken seriously?
People need to get a grip. If something "offends" them, they need to reckon with it and move on.
How arrogant is it to expect to modify an entire language just because the sound of one or two of the words "offends" someone?
Crybabies.

I get it now. If a word evokes a feeling of discomfort or reminds you of something distasteful, then ban the word so you don’t have to feel uncomfortable anymore.
Why don’t we ban the word pain and call it “urgent bodily feedback.?”
Yeah. That’ll work. :0/

I searched for images with the tag moist.
I was expecting something pornographic in nature.
I found this instead.

What a disappointment.

Seriously... And, how come all the hippies who claimed to be raising children who embraced freedom have instead raised an entire generation of control-freaks???" Ever seen a group of children on a fenced play ground? They tend to play right up to the fence. Take those same children onto a unfenced play ground and you end up with two groups, a small group that tends to leave immediately and run amok and a much larger group that tends to stay together and as far away from the boundary as possible.
The second group is now in charge. Because they have no idea where the reasonable boundaries are they are building new and much more restrictive ones.

A Maoist who has wee-wee'd himself. This is moist certainly true.

whiter than white, black mark, right-hand man, "black day," "gentlemans agreements," "master bedroom," "moist," hardscrabble, pugilist, squall, giggle, baffle, creamy, navel, panties.Ignorance can be fixed, but idiocy is forever. These are people with way too much time on their hands. I'd love to give them something to do...
