Is Hannity's radio show overrated?
Posted on 08/27/2009 7:11:07 PM PDT by Politics4US
I don't enjoy Sean's radio show. It's too predictable, and he plays the nice guy too much. Any thoughts?

As 3-hour talk radio devotees, you don’t get the big ratings picture. Most east coast listeners only get 30 minutes to an hour in 3-6pm drive time and don’t hear the repetitions. It is part of the format and it works.

What time and on which stations can we listen to all you Hannity bashers radio programs? Hannity is a good guy who does a good job and damn good charity work for the troops.
There has been an effort to bash Hannity a lot lately on FR, he must be over Rat targets and firing for effect.
Trolls and dupes of trolls Pi$$ me off to no end.

“Savage criticizes Hannity, and hes not liberal.”
I enjoy the Savage chat, but remember, he HATES everyone that is not himself.

I dont think hes the sharpest knife in the drawer.
.....Sean is okay, but I can only take about 30 minutes
before his cliches put me to sleep. Mark is my favorite!...& Mark Styne (sp?)
agree....Sean, needs much more polishing.

The more you post, the more you reek of troll.

Laura’s got the passion too and listening to her as I write this. When Lee Habib was her producer the show was much more entertaining. Boortz rambles a bit too much with jibberish and I don’t find him too interesting just like Don Imus.
Just my opinions...

He said “specificity” at least two times in the first two minutes. I lost count of “literally”. Cracks me up. Should be a drinking game, but it’s way too early in the day.

He lectures conseravatives all the time on what they should be talking about. No he doesn't.
You're a pathetic troll.

It's kind of hard to take a vanity like this too seriously from someone who just signed up a couple months ago. It's kind of hard to take a poster too seriously when they judge posts based on membership dates.
Dates aside, this one is weak.

What really grates on me is when he flirts with the lonely housewife types. I turn the channel to Beck.

I didn’t say that Hannity was horrible, just that he’s not the best. And I actually only criticized his radio show in my post, not his tv show.

I don’t know this Hannity person. But I am getting a little tired of listening to Arthur Godfrey. Something a bit fake about his folksiness.
To: Politics4US
I suggest you turn the channel. Lot’s of stuff to listen to on the radio. And, why would you feel the need to critique his program?
Sean Hannity is doing just fine. Getting rid of Colmes has really improved my digestive problems. It was something about his face and his voice that made me very ill.
Anyways, I suggest you find something better to do than tearing down a Conservative with the number 2 program in the country....
To: Prole
I’d take Mark over Sean if I were in a fight. But, I can’t liten to either for too long.

Of course he does. He told Dick Morris to cut out the criticisms of Hillary during the Democratic primary. Any time a caller calls up and says something controversial, Hannity will jump in and say, “we conservatives don’t talk like that.”
To: Frantzie
Boortz lost me with not wanting price gauging laws enforced during a hurricane. Spoken like a person who has more than enough money to not worry about how much something cost in an emergency or natural disaster.
