Is Hannity's radio show overrated?
Posted on 08/27/2009 7:11:07 PM PDT by Politics4US
I don't enjoy Sean's radio show. It's too predictable, and he plays the nice guy too much. Any thoughts?

Normally I defends Noobs and learn more about them but, after going through your post you appear to have a heavily weighted interest in talk shows.
It looks like that is your total interest.
What part of the media are from? Why are gauging us for opinion? Why come here for surveillance?
Who are you?

Whatever we think of Hannity’s style remember that he is a good, decent, generous, rock-ribbed solid conservative guy.
Thank God we have him on the airwaves. We would damn sure complain if all we had to listen to was NPR radio and no Sean Hannity! Let’s get it in perspective!

No one is doubting he is a good guy, and we all know how much he does for the troops, but we have legitimate reasons for not liking his show. That does not make us trolls or dupes. And criticizing someone doesn’t always mean that must make them right. Sometimes it means they just suck.
But I think several posters have commented on how they believe he is a really nice guy and has his heart in the right place. Just not the quickest witted person to have in such a top position.

Hannity is a mimic. Never an original thought.
Memorize Limbaugh. He is a philosophical heavyweight who the PTB hate with every fibre of their perverted being.
His monologues and observations are required reading.

Sean’s a twit, but like another freeper reminded me, Sean did do some good work on getting illegal immigration some air time.

I could go along with that assessment.
If I had to make a top 5, Savage and Boortz would probably go in the 4th and 5th slots, not sure in which order.

About the worst thing that I have ever heard about Hannity is that he takes it easy on that sleaze ball Mitt Romney.

He didn’t bother me that much. Of course I always was a fan of Tales from the Crypt.

I think he lacks the ability to seriously question republicans who may not be true conservatives. He's an Arnold Schwarzenegger groupie.

Mitt Romney is not a slezeball. I agreed with Hannity on Romney.

Like some posters are saying, Sean is a nice guy but an intellectual lightweight. He is good for beginners but he is like going to a favorite restaraunt and ordering the same appetizer everytime.
It’s good but....after a while, well...

Heck yes! Bout the first time Sean popped out with some death panel drivel,...You actually think that pointing out the dangers of government run death panels is drivel?
Ed would be hitting his Psycho Talk beeper. It would be quite a cat fight.
Is there anything that Ed Shultz says that isn't "drivel"?

Well, “parsifal” just sounds so formal, pretentious, and elitist.
parsy, who is just plain “parsy” to his domestic staff, gardener, personal valet, and chauffers.

Boortz and Ingraham are so incredibly boring and they are anti_Constitutionalists. They are just kissing Obamas arse because they are afraid Van Jones and Os Fairness thugs will ban their shows. They are cowards. Profiles in cowardice Are you sure you're listening to the Boortz & Ingraham?
