Five-year-old girl battling cancer viciously attacked by yobs who tried to set her on fire

A girl of five who is battling cancer is recovering today after two boys sprayed an aerosol in her face and tried to set her alight.
Scarlett Hellewell had to be rescued by neighbours when the boys pinned her down and sprayed the deodorant in her face in Halifax, West Yorks.
She escaped with just bruises after the deodorant failed to ignite.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: 'It is reported the girl was playing when she was approached by two young boys who kicked and punched her before spraying an aerosol in her face and attempting to set her alight. The match did not ignite.'
The two young boys, believed to be only 10 and seven, ran off when someone came to Scarlett's help on Tuesday evening. Officers are appealing for witnesses.

When I lived there...
kids used to break into our garage and steal our car. They would come from Redcar to our town, drink in the pubs and steal our car for a ride home. It got to a point where I just left it open so I did not have to pay for anymore windows or locks and we stopped replacing the starter thingy, I used to start my own car with a screwdriver. yes, that is true.
We found the car in the same place every time. We didn’t even bother reporting it after a while bcuz the police (who are as nice as can be, btw) could do nothing for us.
On one occasion, I stayed up and watched and when I saw them, called the cops who arrived within minutes & caught them red handed. They were juveniles so the cops had to let them go. No charges, no arresting, no nothing. And we were not allowed to ask their names or their parents name. not allowed to give info since they were minors.
the cops told us that i should drop my idea of getting a dog bcuz if i got caught letting the dog out to purposely hurt a child, i could ‘get done’. same if i waited and beat the crap out of them. In the end, we build a 10 foot brick wall around our property with a huge wooden gate.
When I went back, many of my old friends told me that the kids were out of control and they feared them, since no punishment comes to them.
Just trying to save the health care system some bucks, ya know.
I would be happy to pull the switch on these basturds myself.

My son’s best friend was sent by his Calvary Chapel to England to be a Missionary! Only 3% of the population in the U.K. go to church . Very politally correct over there. Very sad.

Many countries in Europe used to be great. But since they have joined the EU, they have given up their own individual identity and their individual cultures and societies have slid into the slippery slope of socialism and the deep abyss from which I doubt they can ever recover.
We must never let that happen here.
