NEWPORT, R.I. "Survivor" winner Richard Hatch said in an interview broadcast Tuesday that he believes he was sent to prison because he's gay, a claim the prosecutors in the case call baseless and delusional.
Hatch, speaking publicly for the first time since being released from prison to home confinement, told NBC's "Today" show that he believes the judge in his tax evasion case discriminated against him. He also accused a prosecutor of misconduct.
"I know without question that there are personal issues involved for the prosecutor. I don't know why. The prosecutorial misconduct has been egregious," he said.
When asked whether he believes that if he was heterosexual, he would not have gone to prison, Hatch replied, "I do believe that."

Naw Hatch, count it a blessing. Surely you got a lot of what you like in prison. The prosecutors did you a favor.

You went to prison for tax evasion because you weren’t a member of the Obama Administration and didn’t get a get out of jail free card courtesy of the most ethical congress ever ever in history.

Is he still gay? If so, shouldn’t he be in jail by his logic?

Victim victim victim victim victim.
Liberalism is rooted in self-absorbtion. Victim-identity is one of its manifestations.

He got a million dollar check and a 1099. He decided to not pay the taxes he owed. There were only two possible results... jail or Treasury Secretary.

Then prison wasn’t so bad, was it? So what’s he complaining about?
To: Artemis Webb
I didn’t realize that tax evasion was effeminate.

When asked whether he believes that if he was heterosexual, he would not have gone to prison, Hatch replied, "I do believe that." You believe a lot of weird things, Richard.

If the prosecutor had any personal animus against Hatch, it was probably just because he's a jerk.

If it wasn't already obvious from the "Survivor" show and its fallout, Hatch's latest tantrum should make it plain that he is a completely narcissistic, self-absorbed asshole of the first order who has a real problem with authority.
He thought he could flip the bird at the IRS, unlike us mere mortals who have to pay taxes. Then when he's busted he screams "persecution". It's all about you, isn't it thweetie?
STFU and go away. Your 15 minutes expired long ago.

Hum...
With Richard “man up” has a whole different meaning...
I am sure some of his fellow inmates also brought a whole new connotation to “Down the Hatch”...

I must not be up on the lingo. I thought being "gay" used to mean you were a homosexual. Turns out it must mean "tax cheat". I guess that means that Wesley Snipes and Al Capone were gay.
Not that there's anything wrong with that...
