Obama Not Trustworthy on Health Care (Contrast With Birth Certificate)

Why should we believe statements about health care from the most secretive president since Richard Nixon? We have no way of knowing if presidents who keep significant secrets in some areas are telling the truth on other matters.

Barack Obama's continued refusal to release minor personal documents like his actual birth certificate, college records, etc. implies he is covering up important information that we should know about. Unless his critics are correct, none of the information should have any adverse affect other than possibly causing some embarassment.

A president who feels he has to keep personal secrets is very likely to also keep secrets about his proposals including those involving health care. He shouldn't be surprised that many people suspect he has ulterior motives for some proposals and may be lying about their impact.

Obama has lied on other important issues. Last year he said there wouldn't be any new taxes for most of us. After being elected he proposed huge tax on carbon emissions that will affect all of us. The purpose of the tax is to allow the greedy financial interests who bought the White House for him to make billions trading "carbon credits".

I don't know if his critics are correct that the refusal to release his actual birth certificate is due to him being born outside the U.S., but there doesn't appear to be any other reason for him to keep the birth certificate secret. Does the birth certificate indicate Obama was born outside the U.S. or could it include information that might indicate that Obama is not the child mentioned on the certificate? Perhaps the real Barack Obama died shortly after birth and his mother in a humanitarian move abopted an African orphan to replace the baby she lost. She then used the U.S. certificate to make it appear her new child was born in the U.S.

As was the case with the document used to claim he was born in Hawaii, the other side suggests it is a forgery. And, like the Hawaiian document, it merely states that there is a birth certificate rather than being an actual birth certificate. Those who believe the document is valid suggest it may have been produced in connection with his mother's divorce case.

“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care” -— I am in health insurance sales. Yes, the quote is corny, it is also VERY true!

I begin almost every presentation talking about how I started on the investment side of the business, and then I realized that the number one reason people cashed out their investments was: TO PAY MEDICAL BILLS!

This is TRUE, and it got folks to listen, without me having to manipulate them or lie to them.

I don’t “back the ambulance up to the door” or talk about them losing THEIR house or car or destroying THEIR credit rating. I talk about real life cases, without giving the names.

They KNOW that I care.

Obama? Obama uses MANIPULATIVE sales tactics. Obama uses emotion and falsehoods, rather than facts, to make his case.

For starters, I tell many people that they might NOT NEED health insurance. When it comes to Long Term Care insurance, the law REQUIRES that I tell those who have little or no assets, that they really might not need the LTC policy. Why?

THE PURPOSE OF INSURANCE IS TO PROTECT YOUR SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS!

If you are poor, you have NOTHING to protect!

Obama is manipulative.

Obama’s greatest lie is that he tries to make us believe that health insurance and health care are the same thing.

Clearly, they aren’t.

We all have health care in this country.

Those with a positive net worth, if they are smart, will also have health insurance.

In the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were four different ways to get an “original birth certificate” on record.
BC1. If the birth was attended by a physician or mid wife, the attending medical professional was required to certify to the Department of Health the facts of the birth date, location, parents’ identities and other information. (See Section 57-8 & 9 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).

BC2. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then all that was required was that one of the parents send in a birth certificate to be filed. The birth certificate could be filed by mail. There appears to have been no requirement for the parent to actually physically appear before “the local registrar of the district.”
It would have been very easy for a relative to forge an absent parent’s signature to a form and mail it in.
In addition, if a claim was made that “neither parent of the newborn child whose birth is unattended as above provided is able to prepare a birth certificate, the local registrar shall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge of the birth and prepare and file the certificate.” (Section 57-8&9)

BC3. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, a “Delayed Certificate” could be filed, which required that “a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing or the alteration [of a file] shall be endorsed on the certificates”, which “evidence shall be kept in a special permanent file.”
The statute provided that “the probative value of a ‘delayed’ or ‘altered’ certificate shall be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence.” (See Section 57- 9, 18, 19 & 20 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).”

BC4. If a child is born in Hawaii, for whom no physician or mid wife filed a certificate of live birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon testimony of an adult (including the subject person [i.e. the birth child as an adult]) if the Office of the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied that a person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year.
(See Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961.)
In 1955 the “secretary of the Territory” was in charge of this procedure. In 1960 it was transferred to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor (“the lieutenant governor, or his secretary, or such other person as he may designate or appoint from his office” §338-41 [in 1961]).

In 1982, the vital records law was amended to create a fifth kind of “original birth certificate”. Under Act 182 H.B. NO. 3016-82, “Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that the proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.”
In this way “state policies and procedures” accommodate even “children born out of State” (this is the actual language of Act 182) with an “original birth certificate on record.”

I do not trust obama at all. Zero. If I ever met him in person I would not turn my back on him. Not out of respect, out of concern for what he is likely to do when no-one is looking. I would want to know where my wife, kids, and wallet were at all times around him. Heck, I'd try to stay between him and my family.

obama is a liar, socialist, narcissist, and fascist. He is elitist, thinks he knows best for the Country and all of us. Thinks we shouldn't have to, no, shouldn't be allowed to, make choices for ourselves and have personal liberty and responsibility. In short, he is an egomaniac and cannot be trusted at all. If given the chance, he'll do what he wants for the good of obama, the rest of us be d*mned. If his lips are moving, he is almost certainly lying. He actually makes former President Clinton look good, and that's no easy task.

He is hiding his past at great expense, rushing to push through his agenda before being removed from office. I genuinely fear for America and what he plans to do and would like to do. The obama agenda must be thwarted at every turn. I'm with Rush, I hope and pray obama fails in his agenda. Note, not that America fails. I want America and Americans to prosper and be happy. That cannot happen if the obama agenda goes forward. I believe if you are pro-America, you have to be anti-obama.
