Judge Richard A Lazzara (Orly spells his name wrong) was appointed to his present post in 1997 by bill clinton.
so, the judge says this is just another case of a plaintiff trying to get to the bottom of something and says “no, go away!”
How very Wizard of Oz of him.

I don't know what took place nor do I know anything about what a judge can or cannot do. If what she has written is true, is what he did common, legal, normal or unusual? Speculation as to why?

If these PR Releases are any example of her legal writing skill, we in a heap'o'trouble. Not that Judge Lazzara is any Oliver Wendell Holmes. The silly SOB directs us down the "Native-Born" path on purpose IMHO, instead of dealing with the "Natural Born" controversy. OTOH, that now has little to do with Cook's firing by a government contractor.
It could well be (see his "shotgun pleading complaint") that he is trying to tell Dr. Taitz to clean up her lawyer act a bit. That wouldn't be the first time that a judge has tried to gently steer Dr. Taitz onto a sounder legal path.
What happened to the experienced lawyer that was supposed to be helping out our goodhearted (and beautiful) but inexperienced crusader?

Yes, and what about a few FR retired attorneys? There has to be a few of you out there. Any in her area? C'mon guys, is this not worth it? Does the Contitution still matter? Just a phone call. . .

Book on her is "highly intelligent ... extremely stubborn .... rapidly improving legal skills but still making basic procedural errors ... not entirely amenable to advice or occasionally sympathetic direction from the bench."
This "Cook," "military order validity" issue seems to be the best line of country yet for getting this to court. But, Team Obama is quite intimidating in size and funding, and if there is even the aroma of questionable procedure ... they gotcha!
I think she is worth supporting because she keeps the issue alive ... and who knows? One of these days, she just might pin the SOB down and get discovery.

To tell the truth, I like Orly Taitz. She is a bit careless, and she lacks the kind of precision necessary for legal proceedings at high levels, but she really has done a great job of keeping this issue on the front burner.
Some of the other, supposedly more knowledgeable lawyers who brought suit on this issue have pretty much vanished from sight, but not Orly.
I guess if a judge gets a legal plea asking him to reconsider his decision, and you spell his name wrong, that won’t put him in the best frame of mind. But the hell with that. This is our Constitution and the rule of law that is at stake.
It’s getting more and more obvious that Obama is a lying crook who gained the presidency under false pretences and is hiding his entire past. That’s a bigger crime than spelling the judge’s name wrong.
Taitz is proving to be stupid. This is not helping.

Under what pretext can a judge dismiss a lawsuit as frivolous and then seal the text of his reasoning?????
As Dr. Taitz says, “How can she file an appeal.” Is this not an example of judicial tyranny.
