Biden couldn’t do any worse than Obama.
At least he spits out what’s on his mind (which isn’t much), and he’s an American. I believe Biden at least loves the USA, even if he is dumb.

As well you should be. If Obama/Soetoro is ineligible for the office of President, all the electoral votes cast for Obama/Biden were invalid and I believe the rules of succession apply. That would give us, gulp, President Pelosi.
His agreeing to run for president is a de-facto statement that he is legally eligible to do so. He has violated the Constitution and several Federal Election statutes, not the least of which are Election Fraud and Perjury.
Immediate Impeachment and imprisonment for not less than 30 years minimum under the statute. If he is found to have committed Treason against America since having taken office (during wartime) the penalties of punishment available under the Law become truly ugly. Under the Law.
Must really suck being him.

Maybe, maybe not. Biden would certainly make the world a much more dangerous place for Americans.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that if the ticket was invalid, so were electoral college votes cast for it. That would make Biden's election void as well.

Only if she were selected by the incoming President. After VP, the succession goes Pelosi, Byrd, Clinton, Geithner. Presidents have chosen VPs since the days of Vice President Aaron Burr, either through their political parties, or Senate confirmation in the case of appointments, like Gerald Ford.
There are far worse things than a VP H. Clinton and a President Pelosi is certainly one of them. Save that thought for Halloween or something ...

I want to see the courts rule the entire Democrat ticket disqualified and rule the election for McCain/Palin. Maybe that is why Sarah resigned as Governor?
Is what will truly work against Obama is that he is a Harvard lawyer. It would be extremely difficult for him to play dumb.

Biden at least, doesn't put our soldiers at risk of following illegally issued orders during a war, making them war criminals.
If the Hussein/Biden ticket were disqualified, what happened to McCain/Palin who would be the only ticket the electoral college could vote on?
Pelosi would be removed too for certifying a bogus ticket.

In a way, he's getting his wish. He seems to have a tendency to speak about every issue as if it revolves around him personally. There's finally some traction to the main issue that really does revolve around him - his lack of any documented history. What documentation does exist says Name: Barry Soetoro, Citizenship: Indonesia, Religion: Islam.

In 1961 a parent or grandparent could obtain for a baby a valid Hawaiian BC even if the child was not born in the United States! Because the pertinent data such as doctor and hospital would not be known when the BC was issued, a short form was used. But such a form, just like the one Barry supposedly let Factcheck handle and photograph would be a valid Hawaiian BC even without the child being a natural born citizen or even a true citizen. Google the name SunYatSen. He was born in China and his parents were not American citizens, yet he had a valid Hawaiian Birth Cert. There are even images of it on the Internet.

Good point. Reid isn't in the line of succession, so he doesn't matter as far as this discussion goes. Every single one of the other offices on the list, save for President Pro Tempore of the Senate are appointed by the President.

As you know there are some people in this country that remain skeptical as to the location of President Obama’s birth.
These people, dismissed by some in the media as lunatics and called “Birthers” simply desire proof that the President is a legitimate Constitutionally qualified natural born American.
President Obama could easily clear up the questions surrounding his birth simply by releasing the long form version of his Birth Certificate to the public, but to date President Obama has refused and legally fought challenges to release that document.
The long form version of his Birth Certificate would contain specific information about his birth such as the name of the hospital he was born and the name of the Physician that witnessed his birth.
One of the reason there are so many skeptics is because in 1961 the Hawaii state law made it possible to obtain a Birth Certificate even if you were not physically born in the state see (Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).
We can understand that if young Ann Dunham had birthed Obama in Kenya that a call to her parents and the idea that their grandson was not natural born might have persuaded the Dunhams to go to the registrar to give young Barack the appearance of being a natural born U.S. Citizen.
In addition, there are numerous inconsitancies when viewing the copies of his Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) and comparing them with Long form versions of Birth Certificates issued to children born around the same time as Obama, i.e., the serialized dept of health number assigned to his COLB is a number that is higher then ones assigned to children born on Aug 5th 1961 a day after his birth and in the same hospital. No one has adequately explained that inconsistancy but it would make sense if his birth was filed with the registrar on a date later then the date on which he was born.
So in order to put this matter to rest I ask you to draft and forward a Congressional Resoluton to Honor the Doctor that brought Obama into the World. There can be no doubt that this Doctors name is historically relevant and it is quite natural and non-political to want to see the Doctor that birthed Obama honored in this fashion, after all he birthed the first black President and the first President from the State Of Hawaii.
This will also allow people to make donations to the Hospital that Obama was born In the name of the One that brought him forth into the world.

2nd place in the electoral college vote hasn't mattered since the early 1800s[1] (unless I'm misreading something). I'm a computer programmer not a lawyer.
This is undoubtedly the biggest loophole in the constitution and it may prove extremely difficult to get ourselves out of this mess.
[1] Aaron Burr and Thomas Jefferson tied in the electoral college in 1800, forcing the vote to go to the House of Reps. After 200 some odd ballots, Jefferson was declared the winner and President and Burr was declared the VP as per the law at the time. It was changed not long after that.

If it happened that Pelosi was next in line, I don’t believe that she would ever take power since she would get busted for certifying the bogus Obama/Biden ticket. Probably perjury!
