Biden couldn’t do any worse than Obama.
At least he spits out what’s on his mind (which isn’t much), and he’s an American. I believe Biden at least loves the USA, even if he is dumb.

Technically, as Sec of State Hillary is 5th or 6th in line for the presidency.
His agreeing to run for president is a de-facto statement that he is legally eligible to do so. He has violated the Constitution and several Federal Election statutes, not the least of which are Election Fraud and Perjury.
Immediate Impeachment and imprisonment for not less than 30 years minimum under the statute. If he is found to have committed Treason against America since having taken office (during wartime) the penalties of punishment available under the Law become truly ugly. Under the Law.

Maybe, maybe not. Biden would certainly make the world a much more dangerous place for Americans.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that if the ticket was invalid, so were electoral college votes cast for it. That would make Biden's election void as well.

Only if she were selected by the incoming President. After VP, the succession goes Pelosi, Byrd, Clinton, Geithner. Presidents have chosen VPs since the days of Vice President Aaron Burr, either through their political parties, or Senate confirmation in the case of appointments, like Gerald Ford.
There are far worse things than a VP H. Clinton and a President Pelosi is certainly one of them. Save that thought for Halloween or something ...

I want to see the courts rule the entire Democrat ticket disqualified and rule the election for McCain/Palin. Maybe that is why Sarah resigned as Governor?
