If it happened that Pelosi was next in line, I don’t believe that she would ever take power since she would get busted for certifying the bogus Obama/Biden ticket. Probably perjury!
I conceded that issue earlier up. Ex-KKKer Byrd presents his own issues and much like certain people threatened riots if Obama/Soetoro was not elected, I'm fairly certain Byrd succeeding this particular "president" would result in a fair amount of further chaos.
