For some reason, I actually liked him a bit better after I saw this, a regular guy moment. But it seems very out-of-character for him to make such a careless move with all those cameras around.

He has just finished descending the stairs, it is possible that he wasn’t looking at her backside but was in the process of turning to look elsewhere and the camera just coincidentally caught the guy in what appears to be the perfect licentious millisecond.
