Mandy Sellars is your typical, single 34-year-old woman. She loves to go the movies, hang out with her friends, go out for lunch and have a good chat. But there is just one thing that sets Sellars apart: She suffers from a rare condition that has caused her legs to grow at an alarming rate.
When I was born, they knew straight away that there was something completely different about me, Sellars, who lives outside of Manchester, England, told FOXNews.com.
They actually didnt let my parents see me. They took me away from my mom and I think they kept me away from my parents, particularly my mom, for about 10 days or 14 days.

Here I thought the Secretary of State was starting to barge her way in to the Department of Health and Human Services and the MSM was already putting their spin on it.

How sad, the article was written well and she appears to deal with this very well.

And this was in England BEFORE the iron fist of government-run medicine.
If some doctors tried to keep my child away from me for 10 to 14 days, there would have been serious, serious trouble.

Reminds me of a Larry Bud Melman deal on Letterman, back when he was funny.
Melman was on stage in a GIANT getup,
and gave away parts of his costume to the audience.

I saw part of that show and thought she was thinking about amputation. Heard any more on that?

Yes, I know. But it was still in the smiley-fascist phase three decades ago. They weren’t at the “keep him in the ambulance around the corner for 4 hours to cut back on the official stats of how long people wait in the ER” phase.

Poor girl. She has more strength than I could ever hope to have.
