A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama's family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.

IF he is NOT constitutionally qualified to be POTUS, then his election is VOID. An election CANNOT overcome the Constitution. It really is time for “President Obama” to produce the original birth certificate just like I had to do when entering military service, etc. The POTUS is NOT exempt from law....if anything he/she is obligated to comply with it more so than a regular citizen.

The whole birth issue may be BOGUS. However, this WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL AN ORIGINAL BC IS PRODUCED. This isn’t rocket science.

Agreed we need to be thinking about the 2012 elections...however IF the constitution has been violated WE MUST insist on correction. So, you naysayers (even IF you are correct and the BC is a red herring) need to get on board and help force this issue to a final resolution.

If Obama defrauded the American people he is not our president. In fact he is not my president until he shows his documents. Obama had enough fraudulent money and evil backers to win no matter what. The 550 billion draw down on the banks was enough to put Obama ahead and he never lost his lead last year. Who were the people doing a massive run on the banks that started the crash of the economy?

America will be a marxist regime by 2016 under obama. Pray we get Obama out or some semblance of equal in the house before obama shoves through his total agenda of no capitalism and total government control.

If he shows his BC and/or possibly his foreign scholarship funding to college, everything he has done as president is null and void. Will it go that far? I have a feeling it won't. Yeah, I want him gone but I knew obama last year before he was elected. I knew he was a member of the socialist party who got him elected in Chicago. So it is all important. And when someone tells you his history, where he was born, is not important and you believe them or are too afraid to speak up, you just sold out your country, your children, and future generations. You took the pain pill as Obama says.

I went back and re-read your statement. My take on it is:

If he renounced his citizenship after being of legal age, he would no longer be a U.S. Citizen of any type (Natural born or by birth) Assuming he was born in the U.S. to begin with.

I previously posted some of the law pertaining to revoking citizenship. (note- I am not an attorney or legal scholar)

If he took an oath of allegiance to Indonesia in order to get a passport to go to Pakistan his actions could have caused him to loose his U.S. Citizenship. If he had registered as a foreign exchange student to get a less expensive tuition, it would be further evidence of his renouncing of U.S. Citizenship. Once renounced, Natural Born U.S. citizenship cannot be recovered.

Most nations, not sure about Indonesia, do not allow dual citizenship, except cases by birth and adoption. Judging by how our laws are currently not being enforced pertaining to him, I doubt the courts will find against him. Although if the information were available, it would be difficult to keep the “sheeple” on the reservation if the truth were known. We might approach what is happening in Iran.

Obama's college documents and his birth certificate are only two pieces of the pie we need to see to show his legitimacy.

Remember Michelle Obama said we all need to share our piece of the pie!

And I ask everyone, if this is a obstruction to a truthful Obama getting his agenda through, why not just release the documents we all must release for federal jobs or passports? Just try to go get a passport with a non traceable birth certificate and see how far you get.

Come on Obama, release them so we can move forward. We still will not like a totalitarian regime but we can set this in the background once you release all documents. Maybe that is the point. This gives Obama a hate theme against those who oppose him.

Here is the problem with fighthesmears narrative: We already have recorded that Obama's wife michellle said Obama's mother was "very young and very single" when obama was born. British law at the time of obama's birth only gave citizenship from the father to the son in the case that the father is married to the mother:ie the son is legitimate. See wikipedia 2.4.3Since obama's parents were NOT married -- how did obama get his British/Kenyancitizenship? Its not unreasonable to think that he got his British/Kenyan because he was born there--and not because of his parentage.

Proof? Ain't none, that's why there needed to be a SCOTUS ruling. But the roberts court showed their complicity with the usurpation by entertaining the affcirmative action hire while cases were still unresolved at SCOTUS questioning his eligibility.

If you're actually interested, the Senate resolution (April '08) affirmed that two American citizen parents meant McCain was a natural born citizen regardless of where he was born, though Leahy appears to have floated a lie/trap with his phrase in the resolution that McCain was born in the Canal Zone on a Naval base (his BC actually read a hospital in Colon, not the naval base). Barry Soetoro signed onto that resolution, BTW.
