Michael Jackson's kids, will Macaulay Culkin get custody?
June 27, 2:02 PM
When news of Michael Jacksons death hit, there was immediate thoughts of his children. Since Michael was the only parent his three children had, what would happen to them now?
Had Michael made arrangements or would there be a custody fight? With Debbie Rowe being the mother of the Michael Jr, and Paris and a surrogate bearing his youngest, Prince "Blanket" Michael II, would the children be split up?
Normally, it would be Michael Jacksons lawyer that steps up and states who Jacksons named as his childrens guardians. Instead, Joe and Katherine Jackson's attorney, Debra Opri tells RadarOnline.com that. "Katherine will be the custodial parent for the kids. It was understood that Katherine is the best person to take care of the children as she can provide a stable, loving environment for the kids It was understood, does not indicate it was in Jacksons will or that is indeed what his wishes were.
Debbie Rowe has given up her prenatal rights to the children. In fact, in the court papers uncovered by TMZ, Rowe when asked if she understands that the order will unequivocally cut off her parental rights she answers, Absolutely. Done. Complete. I don't have any rights. If this is held up in court who would be in line for the kids?
One consideration is Macaulay Culkin. As godfather to Prince Michael and Paris it is possible he could fight for custody of all three: claiming the desire to keep all the kids together. Would a legal Godfather have more rights than elderly grandparents or a Mother who has willingly given up her parental rights? Unless a will suddenly appears where Michael Jackson clearly spells out where his children are to go, it may be up to the courts to decide just what does happen to the three Jackson children.

Is Michael still dead?
Is it just me, or do Michael’s kids bear an uncanny resemblence to Macaulay Culkin? And he is Godfather to all 3? (I didn’t know Muslims had godparents.) And we KNOW Michael is not the biological father. Just thinking.....
Bashir: “Did you ever sleep in the bed with them [kids in Bashir interview video]?”
Jackson: “No. But I have slept in a bed with many children. “I slept in a bed with all of them when Macauley Culkin was little: Kieran Culkin would sleep on this side, Macauley Culkin was on this side, his sisters in there...we all would just jam in the bed, you know. “We would wake up like dawn and go in the hot air balloon, you know, we had the footage. I have all that footage.”
Bashir: “But is that right Michael?”
Jackson: “It’s very right. It’s very loving, that’s what the world needs now, more love more heart.”

No Michealmania lives on. Obama is probably jealous that MJ is hogging his spotlight.
:) Oh God... Jacko was not just weirdo, but SUPER WEIRD... anything is possible in their weird world... anything.. :)
Interesting questions. Maccaulay is a bit young, he would have been about 16 years old when Jackson's eldest was conceived, but that's certainly old enough for it to be possible.
If he was a sperm donor I don’t think it was any way that makes babies....
Sorry...
It seems to me like Culkin is the most well-adjusted out of everyone involved in this mess. Since the grandparents did such a bang-up job with Jacko, I sure would not give them custody.
BTW, WHO are the father’s for Michaels kids?
They are all WHITE. Michael was not part of the IVF half.
I don’t think we “know” that Jackson isn’t the biological father. Though we can be pretty sure that natural sexual relations weren’t involved, if they are biologically his. Modern reproductive technology has nearly eliminated male infertility. Men who put out 1 or 2 sprerm where there should be millions, or who put out only tailless sperm, have no trouble at all producing biological offspring. Men who produce absolutely zero sperm or who produce only sperm that is completely nonviable even when given a high-tech ride into the egg, are the only ones who can’t produce biological offspring, and they are very rare cases. I actually tend to think they *are* his biological children, simply because he would have wanted to have as strong a legal claim on them as possible, and also because it’s statistically very unlikely that he was unable to produce any viable sperm at all.
Interesting thought ... .
Those kids sure don’t look white to me. And as I recall, Debbie Rowe is white and blonde, so one would expect the two children that are hers to be much lighter-skinned than Michael originally was.
Macaulay was married at 17. Like you said, old enough.
Jacko’s ex-wife gave all parental rights to her kids. Very strange. It was a if Jacko used Debbie Rowe soley as a breeding animal and discarded her.
I'm pretty sure "godfather" is not a legal status. Maybe in Sicily :-)
The children are white. If he was the father, they wouldn’t be.
As far as I know, they were never married. I think it was a business arrangement from day one — she got paid for providing the service of bearing the children, with the contractual agreement that would relinquish all parental rights to them.
Diana Ross will finally be able to get back custody of her face.
Macaulay Culkin is a bit messed up, too. Who knows. The whole thing is wacko.
