The realtor is getting calls from all over the world. I’ll bet that some savvy investor will buy it and rent it out for a one or two week minimum. You’d clean up with just the Japanese who would want to come for a stay. They love that movie!

I grew up not far from there. You couldn't give me that house. Very cold-looking on the inside and I'll bet it's a real hoot in the Chicago winters.
