I elected to take a physical health assessment at work today and was not happy with the results.
Go walking for an hour a day and eat one less meal. No booze, less meat, snack on fresh fruit or vegetables, it'll work. No tricks, no meds, no problem. Oh..no excuses either.
Read the Atkins diet book. I’m on it and feel great. The pounds are melting off. You must stop the bad carbs. Good luck.
I lost 28 pounds last year by gradually cutting down on the volume of food I was eating. By ding that I got my stomach to feel full with much less food.
The one rule I have to follow is to NEVER allow myself to pig out. My family loves to have big gatherings with food as a central feature which has caused a few backslides. I’ve had to regroup and start again after a few of those.
i just looked at her new book...I was thinking of getting it. I’m wondering/thinking that I should stop with the soy milk per what she says.
A bowl of pinto beans for dinner, every other day.
