Hi GeeBee
If Marissa misses swim lessons next week, I will enroll her in VBS. She wants to go but there is a time conflict.
Marissa had two choices for Grandpa ..... golf balls (she gave him SpongeBob golf balls for Christmas) and the little cube of wine. He drinks wine with dinner and I thought the little cube at Target was cute. When I asked her what her decision was, she said wine. It probably isn’t a kind he would have chosen but it is the thought, right?
Have a great Friday. Is today Booboo’s last day of school. I really enjoy summer ... get to sleep late and we have time to do some fun things.
Have a fun summer and still hoping to see you in DC.

Good morning, Yorkie.
Happy Fry-Day.
Your chicken fried steak looks wonderful.
I also like chicken friend chicken but don't get it very often.
How about Fried Ice Cream for dessert?
Have a Super Red Fry-day and a Wonderful Weekend.

He was just a little boy,
On a week's first day.
Wandering home from Bible school,
And dawdling on the way.
He scuffed his shoes into the grass;
He even found a caterpillar.
He found a fluffy milkweed pod,
And blew out all the 'filler.'
A bird's nest in a tree overhead,
So wisely placed up so high.
Was just another wonder,
That caught his eager eye.
A neighbor watched his zig zag course,
And hailed him from the lawn;
Asked him where he'd been that day
And what was going on.
'I've been to Bible School,'
He said and turned a piece of sod.
He picked up a wiggly worm replying,
'I've learned a lot about God.'
'M'm very fine way,' the neighbor said,
'for a boy to spend his time.'
'If you'll tell me where God is,
I'll give you a brand new dime.'
Quick as a flash the answer came!
Nor were his accents faint.
'I'll give you a dollar, Mister,
If you can tell me where God ain't.'

Thank you, Bro.

Thanks, GeeBee.
If we get home early enough from doc appt, I may be able to nap for 30 minutes or so before time to fix dinner.
Mmmmm ... maybe I’ll ask hubby to fix dinner tonight. :)

Good afternoon, Meg.
Thank you for those lovely red and white flowers. Your frame is outstanding.
I think I will experiment with that type of border; it is so very pretty.
Thank you for supporting our troops.
