For the most part right. But also contains standard anti-protestant stuff from an orthodox. He does preface his anti-protestant comments with “for the most part” at least.

"The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this
and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible.
In other words, divest while there is still value left.
The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight,
beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is.
The world will only snicker."

Must read? Why? When the author knows the difference between “than” and “then” let me know.

IIRC, wasn’t it the Russians who planned to bring this to our country in the 60’s according to the russian defector who was interviewed in 1985? I have seen the interview posted here from youtube several times.

You would think they would be bragging about it by now.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics.

I may be dumbed down by a substandard education system, but I know the difference between "then" and "than"...

Don't think for a minute, though, that Pravda reprints this with good intentions.

Russia would love to be the standard-bearer of the world's functioning economic system.

It never was about ideology, except to a few. For the educated, it was only about national/ethnic power struggle, same as it has been for thousands of years.

The "ideology" stuff was only ever there to confuse & disorient.

Look particularly at the last 2 paragraphs: “divest from America”

This is an anti-American piece. With a new twist.

Who would have thought that Pravda would be the place to get the true facts on what is happening in the USA?

What a bizarre world we live in!

The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

This has been the general trend since the New Deal - halted briefly (but in no way reversed) by Reagan's election in 1980. Americans' perception of their own level of freedom exceeds the reality by a great deal.

This may be true someday, only above the Mason-Dixon.

You would think even the socialists themselves would realize how bad it was when the peoples’ educational system has to be dumbed down before the sheeple can be expected to accept socialism.

Who wants a system that necessitate stupid people in order to be successfulyl implemented?

At what point are people too stupid to govern (or not worth governing)?

The author: Mat Rodina - from his blog:

http://mat-rodina.blogspot.com/

“Russia is the only major European and world economy that has stood up for its citizens, not bought into the Marxists Free Trade and has prospered. In this, she (Russia) gives hope to groups of oppressed conservatives throughout the West and thus posses a direct threat to the body politic of the internationalists, who run those nations.”

observation-

This did not come from a Communist state brainwashed writer, they now use stringers for Pravda. He appears to revear Putin and love “Mother Russia”. He states he is Christian openly on his website.

Is he a nationalist, that could explain his contempt for the Internationalist who are selling-out all nations of the world.

The very idea that “conservatives” in the U.S. could have anything in common with the Russians. (We did before the Communist took over, as we did with China before the Communists took over)

Although this is written in English, the thought process is Russian and at times it appears that things are lost in the translation. (which is normal)

These are truly strange times we live in.

We have Chinese Communist Party members telling us this, we have Communist Party Russian Federation members telling us this, we have a former KGB agent (Putin) telling us this, and we even have Hugo Chavez telling us this.
