(Gwyneth) Paltrow's Blog Under Fire From Hindus

Hindu scholars have poked fun at GWYNETH PALTROW for using religious terminology to promote her "mundane" weekly Goop blog.

U.S. Hindu leader Rajan Zed suggests the movie star should take the trouble to learn more about the ancient religion before using taglines like "nourish the inner aspect" on her website.

Zed fears Paltrow is leading impressionable minds astray by suggesting her weekly musings are deep and philosophical - and then just writing about material, "external" matters. He says, "There are not many deep, spiritual and philosophical thoughts in the blog, which are an essential part of nourishing the inner self.

"The actress needs to grow-up and stop writing about mundane topics like 'Boots by Gucci', 'Banana Pancakes', 'The Hungry Cat' and 'Tweezerman' - in which she talks about taming the unruly eyebrows of men. Instead, she needs to talk about topics like realising self, immortality, deeper reality, eternity, soul, inner realms of the mind and spirit, pure consciousness. That's if she's truly serious about inner aspect."

Wow. She’s just as BORING as every other blogger out there, who chronicles their life minute by minute, LOL!

And here she thought she was SO special! ;)

We had a bush named “Quince”. So what? Does her son give fruit like a Quince Bush?

How is Gwinneth Paltrow’s talk about “nourish[ing] the inner aspect” any different from about 150 other Hollywood idiots?

I happen to really like her blog. Her recipes are fantastic. I subscribe to it. I do not remember anything “religious” except she did have one emailing about super cleansing, and I ignored that one.

Paltrow is big proponent of legalized abortion.

Maybe she should think about the “inner aspect” of aborted babies.

Her son’s name is Moses. I think her mother, Blythe Danner, is Jewish. I don’t know what kind of religious beliefs Gwynnie has now, but she basically follows a vegan/vegetarian diet of organic brown rice and vegetables. It’s no wonder her brain doesn’t work.

No, Blythe Danner isn’t Jewish, but her Father, Bruce Paltrow, was.

Gwyneth is very beautiful and a talented actress, but not, I fear, capable of much depth of thought.
