Interesting... I got a 53 (older than body) then got a 25 (much younger) the second time around after realizing that there’s a delay before it’s ready to start taking input.

Wheee

I got it down to 25.

I still have a habit of forgetting to start at 0 when there is one vs at 1

And, I tend to screw up the last couple of digits.

I've noticed that only people who score well tend to report their scores on these threads. Nothing shocking about that, I guess.

I scored my age the first two times I took it. I got about 15 years under my age the final two times I took it, but I had to REALLY concentrate (and remember that zero is a number).

What does it mean when, like me, you’re too stupid to figure out how to play? I swear I didn’t vote for Obama!

I realized when I couldn’t fathom the directions that my brain was too old to even begin the test. Like the computer in War Games said, sometimes the only way to win is not to play.

My score was 55, and I’m 55.

BTW: The trick is to NOT look at the numbers and to NOT try to read them. It’s hopeless; there’s isn’t enough time. Instead, just stare at the screen, and try to retain in memory the IMAGE of the numbers. Name them and order them afterward.

wow, my brain came in at 34. and my mouse froze on one of them. that is more than 20 years less than my body. All those crosswords and mahjong must be paying off. too bad they don't work on the fleshy parts.

I think like you do. My brain was 120 until I realized I needed to go from the smallest number to the largest. I had my beers first to avoid the rush. (Now I’m 25, out of 62. Beer works.)
