''At a state level, it's up to them. I don't want it to be a federal thing. I personally still think it's wrong.... Queer means strange and unusual. It's not like a slur, like you would call a white person a honky or something like that.... I've had some friends that are actually homosexual. And, I mean, they know where I stand, and they know that I wouldn't have them anywhere near my children. But at the same time, they're people, and they're going to do their thing.''
Well, from this straight’s viewpoint, I don’t understand why any homo would prefer “gay” to “queer”. “Gay” sounds demeaning to me, like it implies “light in the loafers”...
WE NEED THIS GUY IN CONGRESS! If we start a 3rd party—I would want him in it! Common Seance is hard to find these days. If only we had more like him and Sarah Palin!
“but it was soon revealed that none of Wurzelbacher’s allegations held up under the light.”
A lie.
Nude photos to turn up in 5...4...3...2...1....Perez Hilton must be wetting himself.
Rule #1: No Pooftahs!
Amen bro. I want grandkids, not confused and dysfunctional offspring whose life will most likely be cut shorter than it would likely be under a normal lifestyle.
Bawney Fwank is not allowed near my kids, either.
‘Gay’ implies male-male attraction, just as ‘lesbian’ implies female-female attraction, ‘bisexual’ is about attraction to both sexes, and ‘asexual’ is no sexual attraction to anyone/thing, ‘trans’ (in its various forms) means anything from cross-dressing to full-out sex-change surgery. ‘Queer’ covers all of these and more, as it’s meant to include anyone who, for any reason, isn’t a ‘normal’ member of one gender who’s attracted to ‘normal’ members of the other gender - it’s a more inclusive term that includes people who identify as things such as ‘a lesbian trapped in a man’s body’.
So, I guess it’s that it’s because ‘gay’ is more specific, like someone might identify as ‘African-American’ instead of ‘a person of color’.
