Joe Biden said today to avoid subways and other confined spaces because of the swine flu sweeping the nation.
[H]ere are the top five essential things you can do to avoid getting sick and, importantly, avoid infecting others. These critical tips are widely agreed upon by the World Health Organization, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other health experts.
1. Wash your hands. It sounds like a stupidly simple response to an overwhelming situation, but nearly compulsive hand-washing helps prevent the spread of this airborne respiratory disease.
2. Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. "It's a whole lot better for those [droplets] to be on blouse or sleeve than spraying onto surfaces or other people,"
3. Stay home. If you're sick, stay home {For instance -- do not travel to a neighboring country in order to visit the mall - BL}
4. Don't touch your face. Try, try, to keep your hands out of your mucous membranes - your eyes, nose and mouth - direct routes to the bloodstream that allow a virus to bypass the protective barrier of the skin.
5. Avoid sick people The flu virus tends not to float in the air. Instead, once dispersed, the liquid droplets tend to settle on objects that doctors call fomites - things that people touch that can pick up a virus. Examples include coins, hand rails, door knobs, common household and office objects

Clean your house with Lysol. Not a flu tip, just common sense tip. Get you a sprayer that is made for bleach to clean those hard to reach areas.
Been doing this for oh ,,, I don’t know how long.
Also good to use in floor washing. Do what hospitals do.

This reminds me of the time that Hillary was out there insisting that everyone throw their light bulbs away and replace them with the new mercury ones. She pretty much wanted us to believe this would stop global warming.

The most important thing is DO NOT TOUCH YOUR EYES WITH YOUR HANDS UNLESS YOU HAVE THOROUGLY WASHED THEM. Your eyes have no mechanism to ward of viruses and is an easy gateway for infection.
6. Don’t ever, ever, EVER volunteer to take a government-mandated vaccine. Tell them to fork off. If it permanently damages or kills you, they cannot be sued. You have to live in your body your whole life, they don’t give two craps about you. Only you do. Tell them you’ve self-quarantined yourself and have supplies for a couple months (make sure you do).

Well, she obviously was right, there is no global warming going on.
Yes. If you are sick with the flu, stay away from the hospital! You are more likely to die from the pneumonia you pick up in the emergency room than from the flu virus. Unless you are seriously dehydrated and incoherent, it is best to isolate yourself at home.
Just crush a few Habareno peppers every day with your bare hands then if you forget about all these precautions you will be reminded brutally!
