It looks like the poster who recognized the bow-blouse (from Europe) is right, only now the bow isn’t fluffed. Doesn’t she understand the concept of “an outfit”? The average gaggle of suburban church ladies is much better-turned-out, on a weekday, even if they shop only at Goodwill and the Belk’s clearance rack!

My thots exactly. I think we need to start some sort of tally numbering the times she wears that belt! Perhaps I am really behind the times, but come to think of it, I don’t think I have seen anyone else wearing a belt like that...is she trying to start a trend Ugh!
