Good evening!
The hostage drama has ended well with the escape/rescue of Capt. Richard Phillips. Kudos to all involved, especially his brave crew, Capt. Phillips and the rescue forces.

Dust If You Must
Author Unknown
Dust if you must, but wouldn’t it be better,
To paint a picture or write a letter,
Bake a cake or plant a seed,
Ponder the difference between want and need?
Dust if you must, but there’s not much time,
With rivers to swim and mountains to climb,
Music to hear and books to read,
Friends to cherish and life to lead.
Dust if you must, but the world’s out there
With the sun in your eyes, the wind in your hair,
A flutter of snow, a shower of rain.
This day will not come ‘round again.
Dust if you must, but bear in mind,
age will come and it’s not always kind.
And when you go and go you must,
You, y Old ourself, will make more dust.
Good morning All.
I like bluebirds.
I also like yellow hammers.
Several years ago bluebirds were scarce. There was a push to build houses for them and now they are back. :)
They have a way of perking us up, don't they?
What kinds of birds do you have there?

They say kickball is too dangerous. They tell us kids must wear helmets when bicyling. Years gone by playgrounds are unsafe.
We never had all those protections and look where we are today. Not a bad group, I must say.
We were lucky not have much smut in our earlier days.
THIS is being considered?
What path will this lead to?

We have swifts, and sparrows and other small birds. I've written about the brahminy kites which are similar to eagles. This bird frequently perches in my tall, very, very tall (at least 70 feet tall), norfolk pine tree and they glide across the valley between here and the school.
But, I haven't learned the different species here at all and it frustrates me to know end. I have one bird book for the area and it isn't very good.
know = no
You know better than that. That is a No No!
I think that , in prior days commercials, could have been K , E , double L,O,G .. the best to you each morning.
Goodness! Beautiful birds.
Of course you do. Just like I know you is not your. I make that mistake all the time...along with others.
LOL! You know that’s not a bad thing...remembering the early days of tv...our earliest days too. I remember my father lying on his side in front of the tv, I would sit up against him, and we’d watch Milton Berle together, the Honeymooners, Perry Mason.
OH! I forgot. We also have this:
These are very large birds and, yes, they are that brilliant a blue.
LB and MozartLover, hope you are okay, and kassie, your mother is better today.
