The fundraising idea may seem a little nuts, but Oakdale's annual Testicle Festival is always a big hit.

In all seriousness, they have a more mild flavor and the texture is, well, soft because there is no grain.

On the opposite side of fried mountain oysters are fried sweetbreads. Also, yummy.
