Constitutionally, I think its a dead issue. The only body with the authority to remove a sitting President is Congress — and Congress is in Obama’s pocket. The Supreme Court can make rulings regarding subject matter, but it cannot Constitutionally remove Obama.

However...why would he be removed? Presumably, for not being eligible...right? If he's not now, nor ever was eligible to the POTUS...how could be be POTUS? He couldn't.
Therefore, not even Congress would have authority here, to remove him. Ultimately, he would either need to "walk away" (similar to Nixon) from the office...or he would have to be arrested by Federal Marshall's or some other Federal office of law enforcement.

This is not a dead issue.
I live right up the freeway from Dr. Taitz and sent her an email volunteering to help out in any way. So far, no response. I’m not the body guard type, but would be willing to run erranda, make phone calls, print copies of papers, etc.
I want the truth to come out (whatever that truth may be) and send my sincere hopes that this woman remains safe.
Agreed. It’s (slooowly) getting more press, and at a national level like the Liddy show for example.
God bless you for offering your help. I doubt Dr. Taitz has much time to respond to e-mails, so that may be why you haven’t heard from her. I believe there is a FReeper or two who are assisting her with research. Orly is an amazing American patriot and I am grateful for her effort to uncover the truth-—whatever it is!
And prosecuted for fraud and many other things like any common criminal.
Apart from anything else, if Orly Taitz suceeds then Obama cannot be re-elected.

This is the Leo theory too. I think the fact he was never eligible because of fraud may mean he is never been POTUS, the Dr. Edwin Vierira theory.
Orly needs to have a former JAG (military) attorney running any case to SCOTUS with thousands of John and Jane Doe active military plaintiffs. The attorney needs autonomy to run the cases.
She is not an experienced attorney to run the case and she suggested wrong doing at SCOTUS which will win her no friends. Being tough is good but claiming SCOTUS is totally corrupt is not a way to get cases at SCOTUS.

Actually, she addresses this issue of who would/could remove him from office. She states perhaps military police, around mark 39:00 in the pod-cast.
The issue will never go away for those, myself included, whose desire it is to know the truth of the matter, good or bad. It’s a guarantee something is being hidden. I don’t care if it’s being hidden for what someone feels are “all the right reasons”. Transparency is transparency even when warts are exposed. We, citizens, have the need for complete information in order to make informed decisions. As an American citizen, I am embarrassed by how Obama and the media have used deception to skirt this issue rather than show spine enough to put it to rest. I hope the next president, congress, and court is just mean spirited enough to expose fraud if it is confirmed, because the ones we have today are too fearful and timid. Pathetic is the word. Time to make a contribution to Orly Taitz.
Interesting tidbits from the program:
Serious concern of massive fraud regarding S.S. numbers issued to the name of B.O. or his aliases. O’s Grandmother Dunham used to volunteer at the Probate Department. This is where you can find SS #’s of the deceased.
Where this goes depends upon the listeners. She and others have proven that he is not eligible. They have provided enough documents to keep him jail for the rest of his life. Our govt. has not done its job.
Currently 25 people are forming a citizen’s grand juries. Local police and sheriff’s departments are organizing to investigate.
Leo D’Onofrio’s tack is a “Quo Warranto” which he has sent to US Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeffrey Taylor.
The “Quo Warranto” - (by) “What Authority” - is the means of requiring Obama to prove why he is eligible to be POTUS.
The “Quo Warranto” comes out of the Federal Statutes for DC and specifically mentions “USURPERS” of all federal positions including POTUS.
Read Mr. D’Onofrio’s tutorial (3 parts and a HEAVY READ) on “Quo Warranto” and his last posting for details. HE IS SPOT ON... “Quo Warranto” is the way to go!

If he is not eligible and none of the ‘officials’ have the guts to do thier job, who’s left except the american people.
The one’s our constitution speaks of throughout it’s text.
I guess it will be the ‘good’ men standing up to evil that end this.
