Yes! A Bargin For Frances was one of my favorites.

Frances is a badger, which as an adult I find odd, because badgers are nasty little creatures.

I liked the Frog and Toad books, too.

But my absolute favorite book was Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel. I felt so bad that the new machines were mean to Mike. LOL

There was another book that I cannot remember the name of and seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. It was about a private eye who had a case about a missing elephant at the zoo. The elephant stole ice blocks from the penguins and went to visit his family.

BEAUTIFUL! The lighting is just right. And if any flowers are out of focus, I didn’t notice :) It’s a wonderful composition.

Thank you all very much!

And if any flowers are out of focus, I didn’t notice :) It’s a wonderful composition.

Thank you! It's really noticeable when it's larger. I'm still trying to adjust to the new camera. So far I'm really loving it. :-)

David Cook’s brother Adam dies of brain cancer

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2243330/posts

“American Idol” winner David Cook’s brother Adam, 36, died of brain cancer early Sunday in Terre Haute, Ind.

Cook announced his brother’s death Sunday morning at the Race for Hope 5K in Washington, D.C. The audience responded in gasps of shock.

“I actually lost my brother yesterday to a brain tumor and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else right now,” Cook told the crowd at the benefit for brain cancer research.

Cook was both the event’s grand marshal and running with a team that – as of last month – had raised more than $40,000.

“I lost one today,” he told the crowd of runners and supporters, “but I gained 9,000 and I will be here every year that they will have me.”

Sad. He was so young and he fought that cancer for a long time. It is an evil disease.

David Cook’s brother Adam dies of brain cancer.

So sorry to hear this news. David is such a good guy, and I'm thrilled for him that he got to share this great experience with his brother. The memories will matter more for his as the years go by.

They said their goodbyes then.”
