I question whenther the first responders at this scene are ATLS certified. It looked at times like they were trying to wring his neck. If he had a cervical fracture, he is paralyzed now with all of that neck twisting.

I'm a long ways from SFO, but I also despise that they've forced CalTrans to erect signs all along the narrow mountainous highways throughout the "Golden Chain" of state route 49 that show an outline of a bicycle over the command... "Share The Road."
There are no bike lanes on these roads and truck drivers and gas tax and use tax paying citizens pulling RV's or other wide vehicles are forced to put oncoming traffic at risk everytime they come around a curve and have to cross the centerline to avoid squashing one of these inconsiderate bastards!!!
