"Action packed! These little robots have some fast moves, battling it out for fame and glory. Funny stuff."

I can't figure out if this is the coolest robot duel ever -or just a group of drunken unemployed Japanese techies having a good time? Enjoy!

I'm just so sick of reading about obama and his marxist antics that I feel compelled to post the ludicrous. :)

The first rule of 'Robot Fight Club' is that nobody talks about 'Robot Fight Club!'

Japan ultimately won. They’re way cooler than we are now. Design live-action Rock-em-Sock-em Robots and meet up, smoke drink and bet on who will win.

They’re more American than Americans now.

The majority of Americans are turning European. I’m turning Japanese (I really think so).

well, more so than some Americans. but, i agree that some of the tech stuff coming out of japan is unreal. :)

you would love "robot wars." i think it is, in part, sponsored by m.i.t., but i could be wrong. that has been a yearly display of robotic carnage for c. 20 years.

They may have fighting robots and the skill and drive to create them, but we will have social justice!

Forward!

Seems to me that they have adopted the good-natured competitive spirit that used to thrive in this country. Once you adopt the notion that if you fail at an endeavor you dust yourself off and move on instead of disemboweling yourself, there can be nothing but a stream of good ideas.

It’s so American, the notion that if at first you don’t succeed try, try again. Keep trying until you find something you’re good at.

I think we’re going to erode that over the next four years.

Initiative will turn to complacency, complacency to laziness, laziness to sloth.

That little guy really knows how to use the low center of gravity. It was almost robot judo.
