all.. please pray for wheelbarrow. He is halfway to NJ. Not feeling well - actually quite sick — & a winter storm is bearing down on NJ.

At 83 driving is not like it is for we “youngsters” of 50s, 60s & 70s

Prayers that Bill gets there safely and in better health.

Long trips are hard on more seasoned citizens and he might
be a bit depressed with the whole idea of losing his independence
and leaving his home of many years. I pray that he’ll get well soon!

I was pondering your position on attending birthday parties and getting a year younger each one attended. With that reasoning, I am either a toddler or not yet born....LOL!

Maybe the cold weather and storm may have moved way down south. I received the following pictures from my brother and his wife who live in Columbus, Georgia.

She says this is snow covering her Tulip Magnolia Tree Blooms. I do see some pink blooms. They were hard for me to see.

This is in their back off the sundeck. They were having thunder while it was snowing.

I forgot to say it is snowing with freezing rain here in Tennessee now. I have seen some cars really creeping slowly down my street. It was spitting snow when I went down for granddaughter’s party, but thank heaven I got back safe and sound before this other stuff started.

That's actually called Thundersnow. It's rare, I've only seen a couple of them.

Boston's 6PM news claimed Memphis got 5", did you hear anything like that?

We're getting close to double our annual average! When spring every comes I'll have to cut these long johns off me.

Thank goodness, I am far from Memphis, but I do expect more ‘of something’to fall during the night. It is cold and slick outside but at the moment nothing is falling.

I have worn those cuddle duds all winter....I have two pairs and all I do is wash and wear....I have about worn them out.

My brother did call it ‘thundersnow’ and he says its weird.
Starting into March now, spring will get here sometimes...I have faith in that. Then I can gripe about all the work there is to do outside.....!

I just took part in a long Quinnepac(sp) poll.

LOTS of Obama approve/ disapprove questions.
I was familiar with their polling so I took the time...feeling I’d get to show my disapproval.

When I have just learned that he is driving himself, it scared the living daylights out of me. He just looks a little too old to be making a trip like that. Pleeeese let us know when he arrives safely. God love his heart. Dolly, he will grieve for your friendship~~~~
