A few weeks ago, I suggested hypothetically that active military might have standing to bring a class action to question Obama’s POTUS eligibility. After reviewing various sections of the Uniform Code of Military Justice pointed out to me by various readers, I came to the conclusion that such a law suit would probably not only fail, but would also subject soldiers to potential court martial.

As far as helicopters - during the FL recount when I lived there - the local Dem sheriff in a key recount county flew the heli at night around midnight. Freedoms first has recently received permission to hold our protest in Washington DC. Our protest will now be held at the lincoln Memorial Reflections Pool in front of the Lincoln memorial ,on a date that will be released on feb 12 2009.
We find this very interesting because just two weeks earlier Washington told us we could no protest in DC for at least a year and a half . But the day the spendulus bill passes we get a call from Washington inviting us with a choice of dates and locations. Folks we take this as a sign that our country if starting to realise the mistake they have made with putting Obama in office.
We will have live speakers and other entertainment for you.
WE would like to see 1 million supporters attend this protest. It is time to take our country back and make our voices heard.
Why are we protesting ?
1. To get the attention of the mainstream media.
2. To demand That Obama Provide proof that he is eligible to be president.
3. To demand that Congress and the Supreme court uphold our constitution.

Dear Friends,
We are moving forward on our rally in Washington D C. We are working non stop in
preparations for this historical event to be held at the Washington Monument on Sept. 12th
and 13th of this year.
Almost a half a million people have signed up thus far. As for the time, The million man march that took place a few years age took over 2 years to organize, we are trying to push this through as fast as we can. To protest in DC you have to have a permit and have approval to use a certain piece of land.
We called ahead of filing for these things. September 12&13 were the next available days they had.
The other org resistnet.com which was putting together a march for May 30 didn’t do this so they were refused their permit now they are joining with our group. So, we are doing this the absolutely as soon we can.
As you well know, there are Monumental costs for this Monumental event.
We understand that your pockets are not as full as they were last year at this time. There
is little left after we pay our bills that enable us to survive these barren times.
You know what is coming next, The begging part for you to look solely in your hearts for
what we feel may be the most profound and important outcry for real American patriots.
The plans are bigger than you could ever imagine and to successfully pull such a large
event off, we need your presence, we need your help, we need your prayers, we need your
assistance and sadly we must humble ourselves and ask for you to dig down in those almost
empty pockets to help us have a successful rally.
We must get our money into the bank so it can begin to build with interest, so that we can
begin to order for the event as we must pay deposits on anything that we need.

A tent to store emergency water and other supplies should they be needed. A welcome tent
for you to pic up flyer’s with information of scheduled times for our speakers and
entertainment events and other important information including restaurants and areas of
interest, etc.
3. We are planning to have at least ONE THOUSAND porta potties.
4. Accounting fees and set up fees so we have full disclosure of where all donations go.
5. On hand funds to pay for those things we know we surely will forget and the need to be
able to pick them up quickly without worry of where we are going to get the money from .
6. Newspaper adds and notices about our march, and other publicity costs for this event.
7. Printing costs, signs, etc.
8. We must hire additional security other than the security provided by the park police.
We want this to be safe for you and your family .

Oh they hate and fear the military. The military and Second Amendment is the only thing keeping them from totally taking over.
I talked to an older guy the other day from a blue state. He is an ex-marine and he is worried. He said “I guess they fear that we old guys know how to handle a gun and we may be older but we were in combat.” Yup. There are millions of avg Joes just like this guy.

Who has standing? Military could DIE as a result of Barry Sotero ordering 17K to Afganistan, Look what they did to Joe the Plumber…he was harassed terribly…I imagage that anyone who publicly questions Obama is put thru the meat grinder. In my opinion, everyone in America has STANDING, we have been damaged to the tune of a Trillion dollars from this stimulus package. If we get him out, legimately, while the money is stil there, the stimulus package goes away, everything he signed, every person he appointed, goes away.

Friends and I were discussing this problem last night, and if something should happen to Obama (and I hope it does not), and he is killed. Everything he has signed or done thus far will stand. No, we want him alive and kicking when we boot him out of office.

obambi has no sense of duty or destiny he is on a mission of destruction.
As for our military how are they to determine the lawfulness of an order without evidence? Who says that the affidavit is adequate evidence? SCOTUS has not ruled, they have not even commented, only rejected lawsuits. This is no affirmation.
I think this is a serious issue just as I think it would be a serious issue in the case of McCain or anyone else including Jindal.
Says Whom? SCOTUS is says whom. By their definition, a person has standing if there is harm caused by an action to that specific person. All of the cases to the supreme court prior to Barry Sotero’s inauguration had no standing, because he had not been made president, he was president elect. Once he became president, under false pretenses, he caused standing to anyone to donated to his election, or who donated to an opponent, as he fraudulently represented himself as a natural born US resident. In court, misrepresentation is fraud. If he is not even a US resident, natural or otherwise, he is an illegal alien, standing now is as a result of Signing the porkulus package, which costs every wage earner in America $$$.
So, to answer your question of “Says Who”, the highest court in the land says so.
