Below is a transcript of a segment of how CNN covered the Senator Shelby story. I personally hand-typed this after listening to the Atty. Philip Berg interview last night with talk show host Michael Savage. Interview was dated 2/24/09 and on my computer, it was identified as the "H2" broadcast. Quote started at 1:06 on H2 broadcast last night. Since the Berg interview is in two parts I am not sure if the time frames are still applicable, but check it out.
Quoting CNN reporter Rich Sanchez, covering the Shelby story. This is a quote from CNN commenting after presenting the Shelby controversy:
" 'Look, I haven't seen his birth certificate' (imitating Shelby) I mean, don't you have to be real careful when you're a public official when you're talking about something like this ? and it's not some 'Shmo', I mean this is the President of the United States whose legitimacy he's casting a doubt with, with, with that line...ya gotta be careful with what you say.
Let me show you how easy it is to do it. I mean, look at this, 'Robert (cameraman), can you shoot this ?' Ya wanna see the president's, uh, birth certificate ? Here it is ! Ya know how we got this ? One of my producers, Dexter, just went in, googled it and got it from the Los Angeles Times. The story's all over the place, when it was out there. You would think, couldn't he do that before ya say something that could be construed this way ?"

Wouldn't you think Senator Shelby would be OUTRAGED by such immeasurably unqualified, indignant, disrespectful, uninformed, arrogant morons like this ?
Is he even aware of the disparaging treatment he received ? Especially since he is now the subject NATIONAL RIDICULE ?
He either need to be made aware of this and take action, or CNN should be exposed for this GROSS mis-representation !

Obama isnt hiding that document for no reason. The people of America are entitled to know that reason.
Yes and Michael Savage had Philip Berg on his show yesterday to protest this clip on CNN.
Correct. He may or may not have been born in Hawaii, but it’s pretty clear to me that there’s SOMETHING in that document that would expose a portion of Obama’s biography as a lie.
And Steve Malzberg, who comes before Savage on WOR in New York, had another discussion yesterday.
It’s interesting - WABC in New York has Rush, SEan and Mark Levin as a weekday lineup - nine straight hours of NO questions regarding this issue.

And if the truth continues to come out bit by bit what are the odds that there won’t be an amateurish attempt at a repressive fascism a la Ci-cago?
Even Laura Ingrahm never mentions it—I wonder if there is something there that these conservative talkshow hosts were warned to stay away from the subject??

Senator Shebly was part of the meeting prior to Obama’s “let’s regulate the b*stards” speech. Shelby also said yesterday that he has “no doubts about Obama’s citizenship”
