Using The U.S. Military to Round Up U.S. Citizens and Confiscate Their Private Weapons

There have been several posts on different threads where this topic has been discussed. Some FReepers say our U.S. military would not use armed force against citizens if order to do so; others say they would, going as far as saying that "the military will fight for whoever pays them to."

I thought why not just ask our FReepers who are currently on active duty what they think.

So, active duty military FReepers, here are the questions:

1. Would you obey an order from the current president to disarm U.S. citizens and force them into internment camps?

2. Do you believe that those in your chain of command would carry out such an order?

3. What do you believe is the percentage of personnel in your command that would refuse the order?

4. What do you believe is the percentage of personnel in the entire U.S. miltary that would refuse the order?

I imagine with the run on firearms due to the election of an illegal Communist usurper, there might be half a billion privately owned firearms in America.

First, none of the others have been Marxist thugs, and I would imagine and hope that ANY usurper regardless of party affiliation, that tried to destroy our Constitution, our country and harm innocent law abiding citizens, would be an enemy and treated accordingly by the military.

He said this would be as large, as well armed and as well funded as the military. Where is he going to get the money? Is he going to try to build this slowly, covert operation with ACORN types or will he announce it and sign an order? If and when he does this, we will know we have a Chavez/castro and the sh8t is going to hit the fan.

My conspiracy theory is that Obama knows he is not in full control of the military and LEO in the US which is why they will move as many soldiers as they can to Afghanistan and keep our troops overseas, forget the “Bring our troops home mantra” from the left. Then maybe a Senator will have one of those forgetful moments like in mentioning that “some major insurance company is going to collapse in the coming days” and jeopardize our troops safety overseas. Remember Hitler had to get control of a military which opposed him as well - but he succeeded. Another way of doing it is getting us involved in a new war against a new “identifiable” enemy. That would rally people’s nationalism and keep the military busy enough for the homeland to become the fatherland.

Imagine if all of the Predator drones armed with Hellfire and Viper missiles are cruising the countryside searching out “curfew violators,” “zone jumpers,” and of course, “armed insurgents.”
