Using The U.S. Military to Round Up U.S. Citizens and Confiscate Their Private Weapons

There have been several posts on different threads where this topic has been discussed. Some FReepers say our U.S. military would not use armed force against citizens if order to do so; others say they would, going as far as saying that "the military will fight for whoever pays them to."

I thought why not just ask our FReepers who are currently on active duty what they think.

So, active duty military FReepers, here are the questions:

1. Would you obey an order from the current president to disarm U.S. citizens and force them into internment camps?

2. Do you believe that those in your chain of command would carry out such an order?

3. What do you believe is the percentage of personnel in your command that would refuse the order?

4. What do you believe is the percentage of personnel in the entire U.S. miltary that would refuse the order?

After I informed my troops of my intention to disobey an unlawful order, I would make sure that the bureaucrat or othe "official" that gave the order was given a visit by my good friend, HENRY BOWMAN promptly.

2. Do you believe that those in your chain of command would carry out such an order? Yes, there might be some, but my friend Henry Bowman would visit them, as would tens of thousands of other "Henry Bowmans".

3. What do you believe is the percentage of personnel in your command that would refuse the order?

90% I was at Operation Katrina, and we advised local LEOs that we would NOT particiapte in the violation of the 2nd or 3rd AMendmendments. YES, the 3rd. The water was high, and we were told to sleep in abandoned houses. Luckily, our JAG corps told us that we could not be quartered in houses, even if abandoned (or left temporarily vacant) due to the 3rd Amendment.

4. What do you believe is the percentage of personnel in the entire U.S. miltary that would refuse the order?

Most educated officers and NCOs/Warrants...I would say 60 percent of E5 and above. The E-4s and below sometimes have do damn clue as to how to tie their shoe in the morning.

On the other hand, most Americans, if it came to that would have an easier time pulling a trigger at them folk than at American troops.

This is what happened in Poland. The Poles have always loved their army. Probably goes back to their fearsome Hussar Cavalry that smashed the Muslims at Vienna in 1683 AD to save Europe from Islam.

Before the Berlin Wall fell or around that time, the leader of Poland, General Jaruzelski (sp?) thought about using the Polish Army to try to put down the public to save Eastern European communism. He knew the Polish Army wpould never go against the people and did nothing. He had more honor than the Kenyan marxist.

It is my understanding that ATF lied to DoD about there being a meth lab at Mount Carmel and got military technical assistance and equipment, e.g. helicopters, armored vehicles.
