Obama will bring in more Somalis and Muslims to shoot you if other Americans in uniform refuse.

That's the plot of my third novel in a nutshell. Although in my version, President Jamal Tambor uses Kazakhs, Pakistanis, Nigerians, Albanians, Bolivians etc.

On the other hand, most Americans, if it came to that would have an easier time pulling a trigger at them folk than at American troops.

Instead of shooting the troops, a smart patriot would hunt down those giving the orders and neutralize them.

Start with your local elected officials.....

Of course, this is FICTION for your book? right? ;)

Imagine if all of the Predator drones armed with Hellfire and Viper missiles are cruising the countryside searching out “curfew violators,” “zone jumpers,” and of course, “armed insurgents.”

It’s not so easy playing Robin Hood in the forest anymore. You can’t see or hear the UAVs. They just zap you from 15,000 feet up. This is very bad for guerrilla morale, and inhibits volantarism.

Don’t discount the govts. ability to enforce tyrannical measures, if push comes to shove, after the declaration of martial law and various “emergency powers acts.”

I’m not saying they would succeed by any means. But I’m saying they would not be a pushover, if they pulled out all of the stops to “combat domestic terrorists.”
