Cops: Georgia high school student showed images to classmates
FEBRUARY 12--Meet Curtis Pickard. The Georgia student was arrested this week after he allegedly used his cell phone to take "upskirt" photos of a teacher, which he then showed to fellow high schoolers. According to a Columbia County Sheriff's Office report, Pickard, 17, surreptitiously snapped photos of Greenbrier High School teacher Ellen Hotchkiss on Monday. After several students on Tuesday told a school safety officer that he was showing the photos around, the officer seized Pickard's phone. The 33-year-old Hotchkiss, pictured at right, examined the images and "identified her legs and underwear from the previous day." Pickard was charged with unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance and booked into the Columbia County Detention Center, where the below mug shots were taken. He was released after posting $2600 bond on the felony rap. (4 pages)

Most photos like this are pretty tame and commonplace.
The odds of these particular pictures being of the" Hot, Hot, Hot, Oh my God!, I didn't know you could do that!", sort of thing are really very small.

I did the same kinda things when i was a kid,but times were simpler ..We did not have cellphones that take pictures or videos,come to think of it we did not have the internet....
This is arguably a sex crime. Why would they publish the victims face and name?
Why was not the “Others Involved” person’s home address not blocked out?

Most likely it was the name of the principal and the address of the school.
It's not the home address. Read the whole thing carefully and you'll see it's the School Administration address.

Just reading the article I thought the kid was a perve, but then I saw that he is black and she is white. So its obviously not his fault.
Because that is the school address... look up a few spaces.
What about 10 days in juvenile hall and expulsion from the school?
Maybe she only shaves once per week, and the stubble was the Wednesday length.
