The 'He's Just Not That into You' actress, Scarlet Johansson, says shes completely baffled by the fact that men have nipples.
She quoted in Chicago Sun Times, "The one thing I don't understand about men is nipples. I don't know if there is one aspect of men that I don't understand other than why they have nipples. Honestly, why? I guess it has something to do with the X chromosome.
"What is the function of the male nipple? Maybe we all start as androgynous creatures and then they become men?"

Well she actually answered her own question in a round about way. We are androgynous creatures until at one point when testosterone kicks in for men and starts growing our manly parts.

Not exactly accurate. There is a genital "bud," neither male nor female, with the potential to develop into either. Genetic and hormonal influences cause some structures to grow and develop, and others to basically waste away, leading to sexual characteristics of male or female. Look up the term "Wolffian Ducts" as a reference for this.
Because the same basic plan has to be adaptable to be either male or female depending upon the hormones that act upon it during gestation, growth, and sexual maturation.
Feminazi idiocy states that ‘we all start out female’ and that is a crock. We all start out as hermaphrodites with the progenitors of BOTH sexual organs. Depending upon the level of sexual hormones one will develop and the other will wither away.
During teenage years women's “nipples” grow into a prominent forward facing sexual display, some more PROMINENT than others (nice ta ta’s Scarlett) due, once again, to sexual hormones. Yes, they also feed children; but they don't need to be all big and sexy for that.
Male nipples get engorged and sensitive to stimulation during sexual arousal as well, and this might be one of the ways that we as a species are encouraged to engage in face to face sexual contact rather than the more usual (and anonymous) from behind.

THats what I heard from animal physiology class as well. Except one thing, you are a male from the get go, the testosterone just directs the chemicals to grow and develop certain aspects of you. A male baby who doesnt receive his testosterone in the womb can grow up to look exactly like a woman but internally a man.
Because it feels good when a woman sucks them.
