(Vanity) I've Figured Out How Obama Can Stimulate the Economy

OK, I seldom post short vanities like this, unless I have a computer problem I need help with, but I've been thinking seriously about the economy and the stimulus plan, and I've hit on a fool-proof plan.
All Obama has to do is to keep nominating people to cabinet positions who haven't paid their taxes. The only real change he needs to make is to withdraw them from nomination as soon as it's revealed that they have unpaid taxes.
Heck, by the end of his term in 2012, he'll have raised at least $800 Billion.
