Good evening everyone.
Statism continues to run amok in Washington.
The O administration is set to soon unveil a Big Bank Bank Bailout...more debt onto debt for as far as we can see.
But a ray of hope: there are hints that some Dems as well as the Rs in the Senate have qualms about the Depression & Huge Deficit Act of 2009 which passed the House last week.
So we shall see.
Meanwhile we can have a lottery: how many Executive Orders will the new president sign THIS week??

It appears that he is now the spokesman for the pub party in the Senate.

Good morning everyone.
I expect you have had lots of snow up there, we wish for just a little, for looks you know (for the kids), I saw my share in Alaska in the 50’s when in the service stationed there, liked it so much requested an additional year up there, got it too. BUT, no more, please, for the kids yes, for me ‘no’.

It is all of 8 degrees this morning. we’ll warm up to about 23 today. Tomorrow we actually get above 30. I’ll be sunbathing by Sunday when it gets to 40 hahahaha
We have had a snow storm every week..mixed in with ice too. Snow covered ground since Nov. I am really hoping this weekend warm up will do a good job of melting much of it away.
Lindsey Graham was really outraged yesterday and last night against this absolute horror of a "stimulus" bill....First time I've ever agreed w/him.
And then I read this morning that NC's newly elected DEMOCRAT governor (1st female one) is going to Washington to speak before the House Dems and urge them to vote for the bill. She SAYS it will mean jobs for NC. Evidently, she has not read that bill...or maybe she has and just wants to have a "piece of the pie".
Dems sure do like PIE.

D goes for the adoption of the second boy come April, they would turn the world over for them, me too. They blame every trip they take on ‘showing them’ things, course Treva and I never did that when our two girls were little., sure, right.
