This weeks Sci-Fi Thread:
Mon:
9/8 -> Heroes -- NBC
Tues:
9/8 -> Fringe -- Fox
Fri:
10/9 -> Battlestar Galactica -- SciFi
That was the best BSG episode since Adama Sr. got shot. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think Ty is dead though, and yeah I doubt Gaeta can handle it. I just hope Adama holds to his word that it will not be forgiven.
When is “Eureka” coming back? Or isn’t it?
With the exception of Athena, Helo, and Hera, about the only three characters I still care anything at all about, I think I’m hoping Gaeta and Zarek succeed or, at the very least, finally kill off Rosalyn. I’m also starting to wonder if we’re going to wind up with some sort of Matrix-style ending where it’s all not real.
i think it is essentially an endless cylon loop.
french diplomacy meets battlestar galactica plot lines.
Chuck is going to be in 3D on Monday (using the Superbowl 3D glasses). The syndicated Legend of the Seeker seems to be doing well and Lost seems to be pretty strong and interesting so far. I’m finally watching the final few episodes of Stargate: Atlantis and I don’t think they’re that terrible. The show certainly suffers from massive Mary Sueisms (I guess Jewel Staite’s schtick is to play characters who lust for sex with geeky characters to give geeky science fiction fans some hope that a beautiful woman will someday jump them) and unbridled fanboyishness (please, stop the episodes that revisit characters and plot elements from previous episodes that require a 5 minute “previously on” to set the scene, already), it’s not as if it didn’t inherit those problems from SG-1. I’m sorry to see it go.
That will require a dead Gaeta............among other things.
Good question..
Good question. I went to the SciFi website and can’t find anything about a new season.
Very very dead Gaeta! Oily little traitor!
I have a feeling that Zarek is going to be dead also..
I like "Fringe." Don't care for the new sub-plot of the "bad" FBI agent who is trying to shut things down. Reminds me of the plot on "House about three years ago with the black owner of the hospital who wanted to make everyone "efficient."
Well it is sometimes hard to be sure who is dead on BG.
Is Starbuck dead?
Is Col. Tigh dead?
Is Ellen Tigh dead?
Heck, is BILLY dead?
True.. Who is really dead....
Retired Astronaut Robert L. (Hoot) Gibson is on Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?
No, I’m not watching the game.
Just noticed on a Stupor Bowl advertisement that the new Star Trek begins on May 8th...
He lost.
Question how many common factors are shared between 28 and 32?
