Vuokra-asunnon Vuokraaminen Turvallisesti (Zot Okra! Vuo-kitten-esti! Turareg! Turareg!)

This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.

VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.

( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.

Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

Morning!
Good to see everyone! Of course, some are better to look at than others, but still...

Kewl!
I got a lot done while I was gone, but I can sure feel it. I had to take some industrial strength Motrin; maybe when it starts to go to work, I can hang up my wet clothes.

Other than that...I’m good! The critters are happy. They all ran to greet me as I came in the door. Except the birdz, and they screeched at me. All I caught was, “WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? YOU KNOW WE CAN’T SLEEP WHILE YOU’RE GONE!” The rest is not for a family thread...

I wouldn’t know. I was recently diagnosed with Eisoptrophobia and I have no idea what I look like any more.

Beer-belly bopping...

My weight loss has kinda stalled out again. I was at 265 when I left Texas. Down to 245. Was aiming at 235. Another 10 pounds, and I'm back into some of my old jeans and dress pants.

Pistachio's, popcorn, and "Dirty White Mother's" (brandy, Kaluha, and cream) are my dietary downfall items.

Ohyah.

I need to drop another 40, but when the weather turns nicer, I’ll have a little more control over the loss. I don’t have enough room in here to set up my Gazelle, and that’s what I need.

Chocolate and food are my downfalls. I can resist anything but temptation!!

I have the forge to set up, a car to work on, lawn care, and a landscaping project to do.

It's 7oF outside right now...

Whoa!
Did (will?) you have to do much to get the forge set up? Seems that was one reason you liked the place.

Which car is that? The “road barge?”

My son just got himself a 2000 BMW, with 100,000 miles on it. He said he’s tired of paying for repairs on the Rav4 and the VW Beetle.

He does landscaping when he’s in between jobs. Not so much, any more, but I can send him up when MN thaws out. It’s kinda like you have winter and the 4th og July.

I'm re-using the brick from the barbecue pit. I have enough black iron pipe to run a tuyer and a clinker breaker. I have enough plywood, 1x4, and 2x4 for my great bellows, but I haven't cut anything out yet. Found a section of railroad steel for a temp anvil. I also have a small pile of scrap steel to start working as well.

The car is that 1978 Camaro I was talking about a few years ago. It's sitting out on my driveway up on jackstands. I have that new tranny for it, but I never did get around to getting the rebuild kit for it. Needs fluids, battery, interior, new front tires, and lots of paint. I have the tires for the front, I just need to get the old wheels off the front and take 'em into the local tire shop for mounting and balancing.

Lanscaping is getting started on Zon's new flower beds and converting the old pool area into a small pond and rock garden. We've some of the trellis to get started on part of it, need to run new ground wire for the fountain pump and the lighting.

Great!

Be sure to take “Before” and “After” photos for us. I just love projects, but I also like B&A photos of the projects.

I knew the car was a ‘78, but I couldn’t remember if you were in Ford Country or not!! *snort*

I’d be interested in all the projects, for sure!! Are you restoring the car? Or setting it up for racing?

The landscaping sounds great! I bet Zon will love it when you’re done with it.

For the benefit of those who may not be Science geeks, or at least geeks at our level of geekiness, herewith a reference for why I mentioned "tickling the dragon's tail", and why Darks responded about dancing neutrons.

The tale of an unsung hero, Dr. Louis Slotin.

This tickling of the dragon's tale is unspeakably dangerous, even though the humorous reference makes light of it. It proved all too deadly for Dr. Slotin.

And why did I bring it up? Well, T-C had mentioned casual treatment of weapons grade uranium. What could be more fun?

The ultra-casual use of weapons grade uranium. Like, in the camps of the enemy...Devise a Trojan horse with the wgu, sneak it into camp, get lots of popcorn, chips, hot wings and beer, and ...

It sounds like you all have a fun evening planned. I need to go to the District Girl Scout leaders’ meeting. Cookies again! Have to get all the paperwork and money submitted by tomorrow or die in the attempt.
