This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.
Alla ovat Ympäristöministeriön viimeisimmät viralliset vuokrasopimus mallit. Tiedostot ovat PDF muodossa, joten ne ovat helppo tulostaa taikka tallentaa koneelle. Erittäin hyödyllisiä etenkin tehdessä vuokrasopimusta yksityiseltä yksityiselle.
Kiinteistönvälitys toimistoilla, jotka tarjoavat vuokra-asuntoja on yleensä kattavat sopimus pohjat valmiina. Mutta toki niihinkin kannattaa tutustua tarkasti ja kysyä kiinteistönvälittäjältä mikäli jokin asia askarruttaa.

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.
Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

Yup. She had them all organized and in order so it would be a simple sweep through the two office buildings.

I did. I shamelessly drank the entire pot. Of course, it only holds two big cups...so I had one hot and stuck the other in the fridge for later. Better than Starbuck’s!
Luckily for me, I can indulge a bit more than that...am on my second cup. If I do what’s usual, I’ll probably end up with somewhere about 3 or 4 cups for the day...
Since I drink decaffienated, I could drink more, but two (Or one big one) is enough. My flavor of choice, of course, is chocolate raspberry!
She is. It will be a while yet though. There’s a property rights rally at 11 or 12, then she has some work (stores) to do on the way home.
I only drink a pot a day.
Currently, it’s Starbucks, which my daughter provides in the bean. I have to work so hard.
I’m done cleaning for now. The vacuum is making a bad noise. It needs to be taken apart and put back together, if I can find the directions!

I don’t read the directions as I get to confused. I just start fiddling with it. Easy!!
Mine is freshly ground french roast. The brand itself varies.
Need to go put some serious time into test preparation. Thursday I hope to become an accredited greenie. *\:-|

I like good, dark-roasted, strong flavored coffee...
I’ve passed up a lot of coffee at a friend’s house because it was nothing more than brown water. GAK!
I do understand that one. I think some people are afraid to put coffee grounds in the basket...LOL.
