This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.
VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.
( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )
Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.
Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.
I lose track of these things some times. See the ref re: lobotomy.
I didn't have a prep-guide for the ASVAB. I just did really well on it. I took it once as a Junior, but then had to retake it again a year+ later before they'd let me enlist.
I think I'm where I'm at more in spite of my military service rather than because of it. Almost none of the "job skills" I learned ever panned out for a civilian career. Only the attitude has stood me in good stead. A certain perspective that there is very little out here that can REALLY stress me out.
And thus, a great diplomat was lost ;-).
After the State Department interview (a full day), I was never nervous about any other job interview!
I have to confess I'm gloating a little at the though of Anoreth in the military ... after all these years of dragging her out of bed by her ears.
"Anyone else wanna negotiate?"
Sounds like fun...
What sion said!
Corned beef, cabbage (over-cooked) and potatoes.
But since I didn’t cook, I shouldn’t criticize. Over all, it was pretty good.
LOL!
We needed some Guinness for sure! It would have made the entire meal much better. I had some of the best carrot cake I’ve ever eaten.
Still, it was a good meal. The woman who cooked the meat and cabbage is German, and when I got to the serving line, I said, “Mmmm! I love German food!” She giggled and said, “Diz iz Eirush!”
Some folks get a real bang out of things like that.
Ohno! I’m at that stage in life where I’m talking to myself!! *sob*
Since cows were used for milk rather than meat in poor times in Ireland, beef was a delicacy that was fed to kings. It was more common to celebrate a holiday meal with what they call a ham (Gammon) or bacon joint. ( a cured but unsmoked piece of pork) with their cabbage and potatoes. When many Irish Immigrants came over in the mid 1800s they couldnt find a bacon joint like they had in Ireland, so they found that Jewish corned beef was very similar in texture, and they used that for their holiday celebrations.
As long as he doesn’t go off half-cocked, he should be ok.
Excellent! Thanks! (It’s amazing how much I learn from you!)
Could be a flash in the pan....
As long as he doesn’t take a powder on us, we should be able to keep him on target. After all, he’s a pretty straight shooter.
Tagline maintenance.
He aims to please, for sure!
Ummm...
I love cooked cabage, but hubby can’t stand the smell, so I can’t cook it.
:-(
Dang!
I like it, too, but I don’t like it when it’s cooked to death. Yesterday’s was just a little on the too-done side.
There’s got to be a way to cook it so it doesn’t smell...
