Vuokra-asunnon Vuokraaminen Turvallisesti (Zot Okra! Vuo-kitten-esti! Turareg! Turareg!)

This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.

VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.

( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.

Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

We seem to be getting lots of good material for the game scenario.

That or somebody slipped something into the rain last night.

You have rain?
*choke*
You must live close to Chesapeake Bay.

I'm only 33.
Will be 34 this year.
If I shave the scruff off my chin, I lose a year or three in outward apparent age.
Seems to be the family curse, to age inwardly faster than what is apparent on the outside.

..As with Karsh Kentu, all outward appearances were illusory in nature as his true appaearance he hid deep beneath veils and illusion, never showing what he deemed his shame.
Arselen peered intently at him, and it seemed to her eyes that his face rippled, shifted, and she saw.
"How old are you really?" she sounded highly skeptical of his stated age of 28.
Wouldn't she be surprised to hear tell that he was actually 1028 and forcibly recalled to service of the crown after his death in battle?

If it’s forced intrusion, then the spikes are needed to add that extra hint of “tell me what I want to know.. NOW.”

And yes, there was something in the rain.

We get rain every early morning in the Flying Castle. It’s what keeps the green stuff going.

All day long the atmospheric water vapor condenses on the transparent hull material, collecting into concealed piping and tanks aloft.

Then early in the morning, it is distributed through a kind of sprinkler system.

Sionnsar is responsible for it, if you have any complaints.

Think of it this way....with catz around, you don’t need to shave as often.

I look younger than I truly am, until one takes a look at the supportive structures.
Then the true horror of the familial curse sinks in.
Having the knees of someone twice my age with the outward appearance of someone three fourths my age is quite a quandary.

No rain here. Snow, but no rain.

(But the snow is left over from the last snowstorm. I guess it didn't to summer while I was away.)

Without divulging too much: I could buy my own cigarettes at 14, but after 30, no one could guess my age or weight.

Somewhere, I got “hard muscle” genes and at the same time, smooth skin.

There are only a couple of places on me that are “soft.”

Sionnsar is responsible for it, if you have any complaints.

Now waitjustaminutehere! When did *I* get the responsibility for *that*? I don't even have the direct-delivery plumbing from the Castle's whisky distillery in! (The plumber only seems to get about 10 to 15 minutes of work in each day.) Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
