I am happy to report that this is posted from home base. Virus problems seem to be overcome for the time being. Just in time, too. This is the last article I had scanned and uploaded for linking.
The last item on the post is an editorial that ends -
The warning of the Social Security Advisory Board must be kept steadily in mind: "We should not commit future generations to a burden larger than we would want to ber ourselves."
