Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Civil-Fielder, has begun divorce proceedings against the troubled singer, People reports.
"I can confirm that I have been instructed to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy's adultery," Henri Brandman, a lawyer for Civil-Fielder, said in a statement.
In recent weeks, Winehouse has been spotted cavorting with 21-year-old rugby player, Josh Bowman, telling News of the World in a candid interview that she's finally sobered up and "in love again."
Civil-Fielder, who spent almost a year in jail for assault ("My Blake, my Blake incarcerated!"), first spoke of ending his marriage to the 25-year-old in November. "I have to let her go to save her life," he said at the time.
The two have been married since May 2007.

Well, let me be the first to say...what a terrible shame her life has become...such a gifted singer with a promising career. I absolutely love her music and am still hopeful for her recovery.
British singer. Great voice, but...ah, with a mental state approximating that of a rodent dwelling in an outdoor sanitary facility, if you take my meaning.
Honest; I'd do my best to fight her off, but I have bad knees, giving a tendency to stumble and fall. Can you imagine a worse fate than falling, with that on top of you, and not being able to get up?
